A Truly Exceptional Host – Thank You, Jeff! I had a wonderful stay at Jeff’s Airbnb in Johor last weekend. The room was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described – but what truly made the experience special was Jeff himself. After I returned to Singapore, I realized I had left my thing behind in the room. I was worried and thought they were gone for good. But to my surprise and relief, Jeff went above and beyond – not only did he find them, but he also personally returned them to me in Singapore during his planned visit. I was truly touched by his honesty and kindness. It’s rare to come across such a genuine and helpful host. Jeff is not just reliable and responsive, but also incredibly thoughtful. I’m so grateful for his help and highly recommend staying at his place if you’re ever in Johor. You’ll be in very good hands! Thank you again, Jeff!

First of all, Terence is very very active and responsive! This makes everything so much smoother and easier! Unit is directly above Paradigm Mall! Just tap out and it is at the UG level in Paradigm Mall. Super convenient! Instructions for checking in and out is very clear and easy to understand. Place is clean and tidy and exactly the same as the photographs illustrated. Will definitely come again! Thanks Terence!

stayed for 2 days. folow my husb outstation hehe. after we checked in.. kids were excited to see their room. everything is nice. loveeeee the interior of this house. walking distance to pantai lido, starbucks and kk mart. didnt have time to explore during night as i have baby with me. i wish this home have more pillows. 4 pillows for 4 of us not enough 🤣😭 have to use sofa pillow also 😆 others are good. surely gonna repeat if my husband need to work at here again or maybe for holiday 🤗

Best host ever, Some hiccups but the host took time to call me to assure us she is gonna fix the problem. She even refunded us for the first day stay and 20% off for our next booking with her. She handled the situation swiftly. And not forgetting we checked in after midnight and she was able to reply and call me to explain and apologise soo many times. Such a nice caring person. Highly recommend. Apartment was super nice view. Very cosy. Only had to wait for the lift. Took forever. But it’s normal. Thank you Host;)🥰😍😍

To reach to apartment block quickly, take exit near Watson of Paradigm out and turn right. Block is next to the building. Way better than any units I've stayed at D'esplanade. Lift is quick and not a lot of pple. Owner is super responsive and let us check in 10 mins earlier cos it was available . Would totally stay here again. P.S for others reading this * - no stove. Have filtered water machine. 2 toilets. one in Master , one outside.

The place is very simple and tidy. It’s private, easy to check in, and the host is very friendly and responds quickly.

Great, convenient location and the apartment was clean and comfortable. The air-conditioning worked very well and and was a nice, cool relief from the warm weather. Shampoo and body soap was pleasant and lovely to use. The place was well equipped and the decor welcoming. We would absolutely stay here again and look forward to future trips.

The apartment is clean and has such an incredible view of the landed houses, esp at night. The highway can get noisy but you can easily close the sliding doors and it will keep the noise out. If you have 2 small families thinking of bunking in together – this place is perfect for you. The 2 bedrooms are large enough for 2 people and 1 or 2 kids. There is one single bedroom for an adult or a teenager. The living and dining room is spacious and can fit all of mentioned families for dinner. The apartment is entirely separate from neighbours, its the corner unit– near to the lift and to your allocated parking. You may not bump into any neighbours during your stay. Aeon and Lotus are right around the corner. If you were driving, you may need to get used to the carpark orientation and slopes are narrow so pls drive slowly. Carpark is well lit and quiet. The host connects with you right after booking with contact and check-in/out information. They are friendly and nice and helpful.

As per advertised. Host proactively shares places of interests and local recommendations. The apartment is cosy with added stuff to make it more homely. Toys, Legos, Story books, toilet seat for kids, stool, water dispenser, and a sufficiently equipped kitchen indeed made our stay more fulfilling. Thank you Nook Homes :). Will definitely stay again during our next visit!

The place is exactly as described in the pictures. They provide essential cooking tools, common condiments, instant noodles, and instant coffee. It was very convenient to prepare simple meals during the stay. I also noticed a small collection of books in Chinese made the space feel even more welcoming. The space was clean, cozy, and felt like a home. The TV didn’t have Netflix, but there was access to Yogurt TV, which offered a variety of channels from all over the country. Overall, a comfortable and well-equipped place for a short stay.

Place was spacious and clean. It is right next to Paradigm Mall where there are many activities to do.

Has a great family gathering at this beautiful villa. It’s balcony is directly facing the lake. Great view. We are able to access to the lakeside through balcony. The villa is also equipped with lots of games and activities for family. Clean and spacious environment. Easy to park and the owner has prepared equipment for bbq and steamboat. Will definitely come again.

Beautiful clean stay within a private compound. Swimming pool was great. Eateries tho were tough to find. Otherwise, enjoyed our stay!

Had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The house was well-maintained, and felt very welcoming from the moment I walked in. Fully equipped kitchen, which made it easy and convenient to cook meals during my stay. Everything I needed was available and in great condition. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful any questions I had were answered quickly, and they made sure I felt comfortable throughout my visit. It’s clear they care about their guests. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, cozy, and well-managed stay. I’d love to come back again!

We are a group of 7 adults with two young children staying for 3 days and 2 nights. The interior of the house was clean and spacious, making it very comfortable for our group. Although the air conditioning wasn’t functioning at first, the host promptly arranged for a technician, and it was fixed within 2 hours, which we really appreciated. The garden was huge, and we rented a waterpool bouncing castle. it was so much fun, and everyone was satisfied with the stay.

The apartment is within walking distance to eating places and supermarket in the area. The apartment overall is well worth it.
