There are two residential houses in the area, crazy, loud party lovers are not allowed.

"Filma" – a love story for two, set in an old fisherman’s homestead, just half a glass of wine’s walk from the sea in Sārnate. Like a scene from a film, this former barn is now a cozy 75 m² hideaway: a bathtub in the kitchen, a loft for dreaming, a vinyl player, a private garden, and the old Sārnate church as your only neighbour. This is a cottage where the daily rhythm merges with nature, as there is a view to the nearby forest and meadow. Here you will be able to enjoy time outside the cottage. The estate has a picturesque landscape with large oaks, a tea garden, an authentic sauna, and garden shed.
