🏡 Newly renovated apartment in a great location. Here you are close to the field with hiking trail a stone's throw away. Although the apartment is right on the edge of nature, you live very centrally. ♨️ Sauna and hot tub are available for an extra fee. They are located on the side of the house with a nice view of the natural surroundings. Price: NOK 600 for either the sauna or the hot tub, and NOK 1,000 if you wish to use both for two hours. This has to be arranged well in advance with the host, who will warm up the place and get everything ready for you.

Short distance to Seierstenmarka. 12 min. walk to the swimming area next to the fjord. 1,5 km to bus stop 2 km to the city center and grocery store

Very good sun conditions, evening sun and beautiful sunsets. Everything in the cabin can be used, including the boat with an electric outboard motor and the canoe. There is a shallow and child-friendly sandy beach. A few meters out there is good depth. Good fishing opportunities, with different local fish species The TV is connected with Apple TV
