The cottage is located by Lake Överuman, 20 km north of Hemavan, with good fishing both winter and summer. Several hiking trails take you up the mountains with good fishing in the mountain streams. Hemavan's ski area is 20 km away. The mountain cabin has three bedrooms, two toilets, a washing machine and a fully-equipped kitchen. There is a stove, sauna, drying cabinet and double engine heaters.

The apartment is in a peaceful and child-friendly area, about 4 km from Mo city center. The grocery store is a short walk away. There is also a soccer field and a playground at the school and the kindergarten is nearby. Short distance to mountains, sea and city.
