Welcome to Bellahuset - a charming house from 1914 with a great atmosphere. The house is located on a peaceful street in the center of Ulsteinvik. Walking distance to everything the city center has to offer, such as restaurants, a shopping center, a water park, a climbing wall, a library, and a cinema. Only a 2-minute walk to the gas station via the shortcut/stairs on the backside of the house. In the garden, there is a terrace with a dining table for outdoor meals. Spacious and distinctive house

A house with a lot of history, and has been the local cafe in the village, among other things. The 2 top floors are rented out. On the main floor you will find a large, bright living room with kitchen and direct exit to an undisturbed and sunny terrace. In addition, there is a bedroom/living room and laundry room/bathroom. On the second floor there are 2 large attic rooms with associated bedrooms, a large bathroom with double sink and bathtub. Master bedroom with double bed with nice view. Possibility for up to 7 guests where two of them sleep on a flat bed.

Farmhouse on the Sunnmøre coast

Farmhouse with a pleasant view of Grytafjorden and Sunnmørsalpane. Good starting point for - trip to the mountains, either on foot or on skis - city tour to Ålesund and Molde - trip to the island landscape, including Nordøyvegen On the farm there are some sheep and goats. Car recommended, but there is also the possibility of taking the bus. Would you like a campfire? We are happy to arrange it! Cozy holiday home with amazing views of Hjørundfjorden. Several patios/terraces, fire pit and barbecue. Outdoor jacuzzi for 5-6 people. The house is located 35m from the parking lot in sloping terrain. Small sandy beach and common barbecue/outdoor area nearby. 400 m to Sæbø center with grocery stores, niche stores, hotels and campsite. Kick back and relax in this quiet, elegant space. Just 1 min away by car is also Digernes. Here you have access to several shops, bakery, burgerking etc. If you like to fish or like to take a refreshing bath, the lake is also just below, only 50 meters away.
