The apartment is located on the ground floor of our house overlooking Sandefjord city center. A flight of stairs is needed to get there. It is therefore not suitable for guests with trouble walking. The apartment faces north and has some sun in the morning in summer. Proximity to many beaches and outdoor areas. There is a bus stop 10 min walk from our house. 30-40 min walk to the center of Sandefjord with several restaurants and shops. Supermarket 10 min walk from our house. 2 mins by car. 15 min to Torp airport by car.

From here you take 10 min to Gamlebyen, 15 min to Fredrikstad city center and 25 min to Svinesund. There is a short distance to swimming areas and the campsite and the convenience store is only a 10-minute walk away. The house is from 1850 and is completely renovated in 2022. The porch is perfect for late summer evenings, undisturbed and with lovely views.

The cabin is located in a very quiet and cozy cabin area not far away from Skjærhalden (Kirkøy, Hvaler, not far away from Fredrikstad in Østfold) There is sun from morning to evening on the property, with good stays in the sunny parts of the cabin (or shade if that is preferable).
