One bedroom has a double bed and the other has a single bed and an extra mattress. Sofa bed is in the living room. It is about 200 m from the bus stop and a 5-minute walk from the grocery store. The apartment does not have a TV. If you have your own computer, you can connect to a monitor. Moose are sometimes found in the garden and northern lights in the sky.

If you want to go out into nature or to the shopping center, those are also within a 15–20-minute walk. The house has a living room, kitchen, two bathrooms, and five bedrooms that sleep eight people. A crib can be provided if needed. Two of the bedrooms function as additional living rooms with a sofa, TV, cinema screen, various gaming consoles, and exercise equipment. Here, there is a large garden with a spacious terrace and a barbecue that can be used.

The boathouse contains a private bedroom with a 150 cm bed, as well as a sofa bed in the living room that can be turned into a 150 cm bed. Travel bed for children can be arranged. There is a small kitchenette with sink, fridge and 2 hobs. Most of the necessary kitchen equipment is available. There is also a private bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. Hiking trail to Keiservarden starts nearby. Svartvannet and Vollvannet are in the immediate vicinity – perfect for both swimming and quiet rest stops. Short distance to Wood Hotel, which offers a café, restaurant and spa. Here you can relax to the sound of crackling from the fire pit, while enjoying the silence and the lovely view.
