The house is located in a lush area with stunning views just 5 minutes by car from Skiathos Town. The house is divided into two levels. Downstairs there is a spacious living room and dining room, a large kitchen and a comfortable bathroom. From here there is access to the terrace which has a dining table and magnificent views. On the upper level there are two bedrooms and a toilet. Outside there is a large garden with parking space, barbecue and rest areas. There is no public transport.

The villa is reflected in the still waters of the infinity pool, showcasing modern architecture with a smooth wooden deck and well-lit entrance. Comfortable outdoor lounge areas and the surrounding landscape create a serene atmosphere at twilight.
