In a beautiful old wooden house on a hill, overlooking partly the Oslo fjord, you can rent a simple and cozy furnished basement apartment (about 50 m2) with own entrance. This is in a peaceful villa area, within walking distance to the bus that takes you to Oslo city center in about 30 minutes. The landlord lives in the same house and shares parking and garden. The house is listening, so this space is not suitable for parties and noise, but is suitable for quiet smoke-free people. A nice starting point for exploring Oslo and the surrounding area!

Welcome to my apartment that I have grown to love so much! Newly renovated in 2023, colorful and homey. There is a possibility for sunny days on the terrace or movie night on the sofa. The dining table also provides room for long and cozy dinners. The apartment is located in a quiet area, while the location is very central. The bus stop is only 1 minute away, the grocery store can be found in the same building, and Strømmen Storsenter is just a 5 minute walk from the door. Bus stop is right outside the door.

Huset har to etasjer: i første etasje finner du et moderne kjøkken, stue og et soverom. Andre etasje inneholder bad, to soverom og en flott terrasse. Huset er opprinnelig en stallbygning fra 1895, men er modernisert i nyere tid til dagens standard. Likevel er mye av den eldre sjarmen bevart, og vi ønsker velkommen til en unik opplevelse!
