The unique home offers outstanding panoramic views of the sea and outdoor swimming pool (May - October) With 6 bedrooms that accommodate up to 12 guests, and 5 bathrooms made with the same marble as on the venerable Britannia, you are invited to enjoy relaxing days by the pool and romantic evenings in front of the fireplace. The villa is the result of the collaboration between Badedesign and interior architect Alex Ark.

Øyberget, hike along Vigda (nice to cycle), ski cabin up on Buvikåsen and Øysand camping 3 min by car. Short drive to City South, Orkanger, Trondheim and Melhus

The cabin has 3 bedrooms, a traditional style, a fireplace, and electricity. Please note: No running water. Guests must bring their own towels and bed linens. Possible additional charge.

With good bus connections just nearby, you can easily get to Trondheim in 35 min and to Orkanger in 10 min. With just a short walk away is an idyllic swimming area. On the porch you can sit and enjoy a cup of coffee while enjoying the view. Or the evenings can be enjoyed around the campfire. In the dark season, you can often see the Northern Lights over the fjord

Welcome to a cozy cabin by the lake at Øysand. Enjoy sea views, long days on the shallow sandy beach, and quiet evenings by the campfire. The cabin is located by the Gaulosen nature reserve, only 20 minutes from Trondheim. One bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed in the living room provide sleeping space for 4 people. Øysand Camping with a kiosk, café and activities is in walking distance. A grocery store and fast charging for electric cars are about 10 minutes away. Pets welcome by arrangement.

The cabin is simple and cozy, with nostalgic interiors and soul from a bygone era. A place for those who want to relax, live slowly and take in all the beauty.

Charming house by the sea in Buvika with 3 double bedrooms, a spacious outdoor patio with kitchen and BBQ, just 30 meters from the shoreline. Grocery store, restaurants, and bus stop to Trondheim (20 min) all within a 5-minute walk. Renovated in 2019. There may be some building activity nearby during summer of 2025. We’ll do our best to ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay.

The cabin in the woods is located on Byneset in Trondheim municipality. Nice view of Trondheim fjord and rich wildlife. Close to Byneset golf at Spongdal. 30 min drive by car to Trondheim. The road to the cabin is somewhat steep and winding. In winter, the road is cleared and salted. It is an advantage to have a good winter car.
