We had a great time for the weekend thank you! The directions to get there not using electronic map were easy when using the odometer. The place was charming and perfect for a relaxing getaway out of the city.

My husband and I and our dogs had a lovely stay on Guemes Island! The cabin was just what we needed: peace and quiet and a great setting for napping and book reading. If you bring dogs, be sure to visit nearby Dog Woods aka Dog Heaven.

Our stay at Karen and Bill's quaint studio was both fun and relaxing! The studio's loft has a beautiful view and outside we were surrounded by a garden/yard with many beautiful flowers to admire. The kitchen is very well prepared for cooking and was stocked with all kinds of breakfast items, fruits, snacks and delicious coffee for the morning. It was also a warm surprise to find homemade lemon/raisin scones when we arrived. They were so delicious. The home was decorated and cozy and had lots of organic soaps in the kitchen and bathroom. We spent three wonderful nights and plan to be back on our next visit to Anacortes. The host was so nice and accommodating. My husband and I will recommend Karen and Bill's place to our family and friends should they visit the town of Anacortes. Great spot, close to the beautiful quaint little town of Anacortes and close to Fidalgo Bay too!! The studio was super clean, had all we needed. It was really quiet during the day and night. Would definitely recommend

An amazing view with delightful amenities! The little communal kitchen and goods area was amazing, and had almost everything we needed! One suggestions would be ziploc bags. The hot tub was delicious, and it was really wonderful to look at the stars while in a hot tub. I would suggest some downward pointing lighting around the hot tub and the deck for safety, as my partner almost lost their footing in the dark. The beds were really comfortable, and once we figured out the fireplace with some help from the host it was wonderful and cozy! I would love to see the fireplace instructions added to the AirBnB listing to help other guests get cozy as well.

Carrie was very responsive and had local recommendations for restaurants and things to do in the area. Would stay there again!!

My wife arranged this stay as I was looking for a place to stay while I was in town for a few weeks. I was skeptical at first but it was a fair distance to the refinery I was working at with a 35 minute drive. However I had a great experience. After work I had a very remote and private place where I could enjoy the sunset and a pit fire while watching the deer graze in the yard or hawks flying over the valley and grilling on my tailgate. It was like camping with all the luxuries of a cabin. Over my three week stay, the host was amazing. Attentive when I needed something and respective of my privacy otherwise. The tiny home was well built with great craftsmanship. I was shocked when I discovered they built it themselves. I would definitely like to come back at some point when I have time to explore and do some fishing.

Roberts place was great. he was very fast to responsive and accommodating to my needs. the place is very clean and really felt like home. The bed, comforter and pillows were soooo comfortable I felt like I was sleeping on a cloud. Will definitely stay there again.

This was the cutest spot for a weekend away, no detail was left unnoticed. Perfect for a four people. Paddle boards, fire pit, blackstone, hot tub, projector – it had everything! The neighborhood also seems really safe and the town/farmers market was so homey and sweet. Recommend 100%

This place is such a special retreat! We LOVED everything about our stay! How close we were to the mountains and trails, the games, the view, the hot tub, and how incredibly helpful John was the whole time. The whole place was filled with thoughtful touches, including snacks. <3 We wished we could have stayed more days and hope we can come back next year! We’d give 6 stars if we could!! Side notes: The closest grocery store is (as usual for small towns) small and a little limited. We had stopped at a much bigger grocery store on the way in so this wasn’t an issue for us, but something to think about for snacks and lunch making foods. We really liked Upriver Taproom for dinner. If you’re a light sleeper or have the windows open at night, you may be greeted by the loud squawks of a peacock at dawn and dusk(at least in June). We found it hilarious but it is loud. Closed windows with the air running might mask the sound a bit but we preferred the cool night air coming in.

This was the best air bnb I’ve stayed at by far! Simply perfect- secluded and peaceful but located within minutes from the tulip farms, restaurants, gas, shops, and freeway. There was everything I needed. Thank you for the suggestions, support, and care you put into my stay. A definite place to return to 100%.

This house was amazing. The view was epic. We sat on the porch and watched the seals and otters for hours. Beds were very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed including some spices for making some dinner and breakfasts. Donna was an excellent host! Will stay again when I’m in the area.

This spot was so lovely, and Denise is an amazing and welcoming host. We felt right at home, and were so grateful for the hot tub and the fire pit she had set up for us! We'd come back in a heartbeat.

We have stayed here a few times. It is very convenient when we have friends camping at Howard Miller Steelhead Park. The cabin is always clean & inviting. It has everything we need & is within walking distance to the park. We will definitely book again. Highly recommend!

We were visiting North Cascade's NP and had booked the cabin as it was very close to it. The location is indeed very close. The Cabin has a rustic and charming vibe; the community is very safe too. We loved the kitchen and the amenities that it came with. We found everything we could think of including Cardamom for our chai. The Cabin is full of books and so we wish next time we will book for a longer time just to enjoy forest tranquility and take break from city/work chaos. However, a few things to note., given it is literally a cabin in the woods., it is self-sustained. Meaning, you will have to manage a few things, like making sure the batteries that the cabin runs on are charged, the water heater is turned on before you take shower. The cabin does have a flush toilet which was one of the main reasons for booking but it runs on a delicate plumbing. Nothing that you can't manage if you know in advance. The host is very helpful and responsive so that is huge plus.

Fantastic spot! The location can't be beat if you're looking for a nice quiet private spot near one-of-a-kind views. The town is also close, and is a super fun place to check out! The hosts are so great. I'll be coming back here anytime I'm on that side of Washington. Thanks Margeaux!!
