The cabin is idyllically located at the outlet of Salangselva, one of Norway's best sea trout watercourses. The cabin is owned by Elvelund Camping, so during the summer season there is an open restaurant, cafe and playground 30 meters away. There is the opportunity to walk to the center along the boardwalk, about 1.8 km.
