You will love my home because it is a cottage with a fantastic location at the end of the forest and with the water as the nearest neighbor a few meters from the front door. The house is located by itself on the beach, and here is idyllic, peace and quiet. The cottage is located in the middle of nature, and you will wake up to the sound of waves and wildlife close by. The house is newly renovated with access to its own terrace and has the most beautiful view over a very special landscape. On starry nights, you can experience the starry sky from the bed through the studio windows in the roof. During the day, you can enjoy the special light that the location close to the sea and fjord casts over the landscape. On the ridge behind the house, there is the finest view of the Limfjord and the countryside behind. It is not far to the fjord, where there are good swimming conditions and the trip there is really beautiful.

The home is well furnished with a dishwasher, washing machine, modern kitchen, living room and two good bedrooms with closet space. The property is located within walking distance of the city's cozy inns, the Købmanden and the famous waves of Cold Hawaii. Please note! The apartment is 65 m2 with 2 double rooms, kitchen, bathroom, living room with door to a lovely large, south-facing terrace in the middle of Skibstedgaard's old deep garden. The apartment is older, but with a wonderful atmosphere. Beautiful panoramic views of the fjord. Note! Not suitable for small children or those with walking difficulties. The outer staircase is made of cobblestones. The stairs to the first floor are steep.
