Welcome to our charming 2-Bedroom Semi-Detached Maisonette in the heart of Siviri Village, located on the first leg of Halkidiki and just a stone's throw away from the famous Siviri beach. The house is a 3 min. walk from the sea surrounded with restaurants, beach bars, sports kiosks, tavernas and local shops. The property is located in Siviri, a small traditional greek fish village, on the west coast of Kassandra,80 km from Thessaloniki,few steps from the sea and 8 minutes walk from the village center(taverns,supermarket,water sports) You can enjoy your breakfast/dinner on a beautiful terrace, overlooking the sea. When entering the accommodation you will find two bedrooms, one living room with a convertible sofa, a fully equipped kitchen, one bathroom and a small backyard with an outdoor shower.

Our Siviri apartment is quietly located at the northern end of the village. The beach promenade is about 50 meters away, so all bars and restaurants can be reached within 5 to 10 minutes. The apartment is "Next To The Sea" - there are no other houses or streets between the apartment and the sea. The sound of the sea accompanies you to sleep. The beach can be reached within a minute and offers enough space for sunbathing.

Small but comfortable house by the sea and next to Siviri centre with 2 floors. At the lower floor there are 3 beds, 1 double and 2 single. There is a wall in between to offer more privacy between the double bed and the 2 singles. At the upper floor there is the living room, bathroom and kitchen. Only 20 meters from the sea! (or less)
