We had a wonderful time at Fabio’s. The house and location were great. Marvin was helpful with the check in and available to answer questions and shared local places to eat and visit.

This little house was exactly what I needed. It is clean and cozy and was a wonderful place to crash after a long day out. It is close enough to the Center of Santa Ana to make it convenient to both historic and local amenities. Diego was always responsive whenever I had a need and his father is there in any emergency. If I have a chance to return to Santa Ana, I will make sure to book Diego's home again. This little house was exactly what I needed. It's very clean and comfortable and was the perfect place to rest after a day out. It's close to the historic center and also shops and restaurants, so it was very convenient. Diego was always at your service if you needed anything and his father was there for any emergency. If I had the fortune to return to Santa Ana one day, I would do everything in my power to rent Diego's cottage again.

Wow! We loved it here. Wish we could’ve stayed longer. Host was extremely responsive and helpful. I love how they gave recommendations for activities and restaurants. The home was beautiful, and definitely worth the stay. Only note I’d add to future guests is there is no AC only fans in each room. But this wasn’t an issue because of the time of year we went. Overall 10/10 loved it!!

House with everything you need to have a great time, spacious, comfortable, and very good service and communication, just as a suggestion they should put AC in the living room and 2nd bedroom, for better comfort, although there are fans, the 1st option is more comfortable. But everything else is very good and equipped, and now close to the supermarket, 3 minutes walk.
