This home offers a Cal King bed in the upstairs bedroom, queen size beds in each of the 2 downstairs bedrooms, and an extra fold out queen size bed if needed. Great location in the best part of town!

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located home. Within 2.5 blocks from downtown restaurants, bars, and shops. 6 miles to Mt.Shasta, 17 miles from Mt. Shasta ski park. 3.8 miles to Mossbrae Falls. This area IS the mecca for hiking. We have a big family and are happy to share our home. Lots of perks for the kids and adults alike. Bikes, cornhole, spa, kid jungle gym, garden with veggies, and a pool table. When it snows, great sledding in the front yard!

Mimi's place showed me a window into a different world. A window of vast skies that unfold as far as the eye can see, in every direction. And the trails that Mimi has made are a delightful way to walk through this stunning land and get to experience the intimate details of the lizards, various plants, shrubs, trees and the rocks and little scenes that Mimi has placed along the paths, all while taking in the extraordinary vistas. And then there is the mini oasis Mimi has created for the animals to come and be nourished by food and water in her backyard, so the land you look out on from the room and enclosed patio is full of wildlife! We saw jack rabbits. cotton tails, ground squirrels, chipmunks, deer, doves, quail and BABY quail who followed behind their parents in the cutest way ever! All the while Mount Shasta presided in the distance, a constant vision to behold. There is nothing like having Shasta constantly there, looking over you. Mimi's place has made a home inside my heart.

Surprised my husband for his birthday. The house was fantastic in every way. The house was clean, had the amenities as described and having the washer and dryer was an added bonus. The hot tub was great and served its purpose. The hot tub isn’t covered, so it was really fun when it would slightly sprinkle and sitting, relaxing in the hot tub. The market a couple doors down was fantastic. Had everything you could need if wanting to cook a night at the house. Jerrah was very prompt when responding and answered all the questions I had, no matter how silly they may have been. Checking in and checking out couldn’t have been simpler. Hands down a 5 star… only suggestion my husband had was he wished there was a bbq on the patio 🤦🏼‍♀️😂

Had a wonderful stay at cave springs! Loved the communal area for games, fire pits, hammocks, playground and easy to walk around. Fun place for families! The place was great and would stay here again!
