Simple but functionally furnished, clean room with daylight in the basement of our single-family home in Altenkirchen/Ww. Private bathroom 2 steps across the hall opposite the room. The hallway leads to our basement rooms, which means we sometimes have to go through the hallway. Mini kitchen. Wi-Fi. TV. Near DRK Altenheim. A travel bed can be added to the bed (1.40 x 2.00, for two people to sleep) if necessary. For guests with a baby, a reservation is possible after consultation.

Very quiet, convenient location, right on the Ahr. Ideal for cycling and hiking. Next door is a parking space that can be used free of charge. There is also a new playground right around the corner. Shopping is within walking distance in a maximum of 10 minutes, and the city center is also only 10 minutes away. There is a washing machine in the basement. We can accommodate special requests, including mobile working (height-adjustable desk). Just let us know!

Minimum stay: 3 days, on request if necessary 2 days in the winter months.

Relaxing country vacation in the Siebengebirge or pleasant business stay in our beautiful, bright studio apartment (approx. 50 m²) in a quiet environment with separate entrance and outdoor seating. The apartment is located in the Königswinter mountain area at the foot of the Ölberg and is the perfect starting point for hikes. It is ideal for a small family, hikers or cyclists. There are a variety of excursions to the nearby or more distant surroundings.

In the large living area, with air conditioning, there is a fully equipped kitchen, a round table with 4 chairs, a couch, a sofa bed, a recliner and a TV. Wi-Fi for the guests. The bedroom is equipped with a 1.80 m bed. Linens, towels and warm blankets are provided. In front of the house there is the possibility to park for free. Dogs may be brought by arrangement.
