Het staat op 1100 m2 grond incl. 2 parkeerplaatsen. Het ligt aan het water, naast het bos en vlakbij een golfbaan. Het huis heeft een moderne keuken met alle apparatuur, er is wifi, een flatscreen, vloerverwarming, een bbq en een buitenhaard, een terras en veranda en een grote steiger waar je tot 's avonds laat in de zon kan zitten. Heerlijk!

Luka's Hut, our beautiful eco-cabin, sits on the banks of the Ganzendiep river in Overijssel. Huge windows provide stunning Dutch views onto the river, the grass meadows with cows & sheep and a picturesque village in the distance. The river is quiet water so have a sauna & a swim, take out the kayak, big canoe or SUPboard. We have a heatpump for the floor heating, and used upcycled items such a charming wood-stove, a fantastic bath, a fully-equipped kitchen, bikes, a firepit & trampoline.
