Fantastisch verblijf, enige minpuntje was het witte linnen pakket. Waarbij er kapot linnen was. Wat je zonder problemen kon ruilen bij de receptie. Omdat je een linnen pakket verplicht af moet nemen zou mijn tip zijn om telkens de kwaliteit te blijven checken. Of als bedrijf te kiezen voor ander linnegoed

Alles bestens. Gute Gastgeberin, schönes Haus mit allem, was man braucht in einer ruhigen Gegend.

I had a wonderful stay in Samina’s house! The house was cozy, clean, and had everything I needed for a comfortable visit. The host was incredibly kind and responsive, making check-in and communication easy. I especially appreciated the little touches like coffee, fresh towels, and local tips. Would definitely recommend this place instead of noisy Amsterdam

Ein wunderschönes Haus mit allen Vorzügen für einen herrlichen Urlaub. Es hat ein tolles Ambiente mit großem Platzangebot. Die Garderobe ist groß und hell. Der Wohn-und Essbereich ist sehr schön gestaltet, die Küche hat alle Eigenschaften (Geschirrspüler auf Stehhöhe, tolle Kaffeemaschine, super Herd, Quooker, Geschirr und Gläser - sehr schön). Das Gäste- WC im Erdgeschoss hat ein tolles Design. Die oberen beiden Etagen haben eine sehr stilvolle Ausstattung von hoher Qualität mit schöner Beleuchtung. Das Bad ist voll ausgestattet, ebenfalls sehr hochwertig. Der Garten ist auch sehr schön gestaltet mit mehreren Sitzplätzen mit sehr angenehmer Atmosphäre, auch überdacht. Es war alles perfekt sauber und wunderschön, wie auf den Bildern. Die Lage ist ideal für kurze Wege nach Alkmaar, Amsterdam und ans Meer. Der See in Akersloot ist um die Ecke. Wir können das Haus uneingeschränkt empfehlen und kommen sehr gerne wieder. Daphne und Mark sind tolle Gastgeber. Vielen Dank!

Wat een heerlijk verblijf hebben wij gehad, een prachtig huis, zeer ruim en luxe ingericht. Het strand en een prachtig bos en duinen om de hoek. Van de tuin hebben we ook heel erg genoten, lekkere ligbedden en veel privacy.

Wunderschöne und gemütlich eingerichtete Wohnung. Es ist alles da, was man braucht. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt in dem Ferienhaus. Die Gastgeberin Rose war sehr hilfsbereit und unkompliziert.

Wir waren zusammen mit Freunden in Claartjes Unterkunft (8 Personen). Das Haus ist großartig! Toll gelegen am Wasser, mit vielen großen Fenstern und jede Menge Platz. Wir haben sehr entspannte Tage in dem Haus verbracht und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Wij hebben een hele fijne tijd gehad met onze 3 zoons van 4,3 en 0 en opa, oma en oom van de kinderen. Woning zag er mooi uit, wij voelden ons thuis, mooie ruime tuin. Wij hebben genoten. Wij hebben zelf een kinderstoel zitje en bedje meegenomen, was op de locatie niet aanwezig, waar geen probleem was.

Lenneke was een geweldige host en Alexandra een geweldige gastvrouw. Een heerlijk schoon huis dat helemaal kidsproof was, waardoor we oprecht konden genieten. Heel fijn op loopafstand van Bergen en maar 12 minuutjes met de auto naar het strand. Ook een erg chille keuken en een heerlijk bad om in te ontspannen. We hopen volgend jaar weer terug te komen. Dank voor alles ✨

Erg leuke accomodatie op half uurtje van A’dam. Buiten een leuk opzette buiten bar. Hebben ons prima vermaakt met 16 volwassenen!!

Really enjoyed this last minute booking after arranging our tickets to the historic Dutch GrandPrix 2021 Formula 1. The Host Vivian was a great communicator pre, during and post the event. She arranged a pass through ticket to the closed event area within Zandvoort, which was a unique ticket to have closer access to the event by car. The house has a lot of charm, especially the living room and the garden with its relaxing area that was very welcome after a day of 20 thousands steps in Zandvoort.

Ein absolutes Schmuckstück direkt am Kanal – ein Traum für Design-Liebhaber! Dieses Haus ist einfach ein kleines Paradies mitten in Haarlem! Die Lage direkt am Kanal ist nicht nur malerisch, sondern auch herrlich ruhig – perfekt zum Entspannen. Der kleine Garten ist eine grüne Oase, liebevoll gestaltet und ideal für einen Morgenkaffee oder ein Glas Wein am Abend. Die Inneneinrichtung ist außergewöhnlich – modern, exklusiv und mit ganz viel Gespür für Stil und Atmosphäre. Jedes Detail ist durchdacht, jedes Möbelstück scheint mit Bedacht ausgewählt. Man spürt sofort: Hier hat jemand mit Herz und einem feinen Sinn für Design eingerichtet. Die Betten sind herrlich bequem!

Marjolein and Jan are lovely hosts. They give great attention to their home and gardens. As shared, the home is walkable to the train and Heiloo business district. We were welcomed with delicious soup and snacks and were given time to chat and ask questions. Their kindness and willingness to help us navigate North Holland, and to make recommendations throughout our stay, was exceptional. I wish we had more time to chill, however, we squeezed in many beautiful sites in 5 short days. The small towns being a highlight! Heiloo is super and the locals so friendly:). From all of us, Thank you Marjolein and Jan! *All host recommendations of restaurants were terrific;)

Caroline is an amazing hostess! She has a customer-centric approach and made everything and beyond to make sure the guests had all they needed. She even purchased a safe after I asked if she had one available, that's how proactive she is! I raised the question in the morning and in the evening I got her message saying she ordered the safe, which was highly appreciated and thoughtful of her! She also made arrangements for dinner in the first night in a lovely restaurant nearby. The family loved the time in her beautiful house! Thank you, Caroline, for your fast communication and flexibility! You are the greatest example of a super host! :)

Alles wie auf den Fotos und Beschreibung. Trotz kalter Jahreszeit schön warm drinnen. Man kann super vom Alltag entschleunigen, beim Beobachten der Tiere auf dem Feld,oder in der Sauna \ Badewanne entspannen nach einem ausgiebigen Spaziergang am Strand und Dünen. Preis-Leistung ist auch super. Gerne buchen wir das Airbnb wieder wenn wir in der Gegend sind. Danke Martina auch für die nette Kommunikation und die ausführlichen Details zur Wohnung.

We verbleven met z’n vijven in dit huis op het vakantiepark en hebben een fijne tijd gehad. Het huis was schoon en ruim genoeg voor ons. Een groot pluspunt was dat we zes aparte bedden konden maken, wat ideaal was voor onze groep. De voorzieningen waren voldoende en de omgeving is mooi en rustig, perfect om te ontspannen. Privacy was ook top. Enig klein minpuntje is dat sommige dingen wat verouderd waren zoals de TV, maar dat heeft ons verblijf zeker niet minder leuk gemaakt. Al met al een fijne plek voor een ontspannen vakantie. Bedankt voor de gastvrijheid!

The accommodation is in a unique location overlooking the beach and North Sea. It’s tastefully furnished and thoughtfully equipped. Even has its own private fitness equipment and there is also the use of an indoor pool. Everything was immaculate and every detail from the cozy bedding to the modern amenities made our stay exceptionally comfortable. Luna’s mother went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and gave us some outstanding local tips. It would be a perfect location for a larger gathering as Luna also runs a Beach House opposite. Whether you are looking for a peaceful getaway, an active beach holiday or simply a beautiful place to relax and unwind, this is the perfect place. We can’t wait to return and highly recommend it to anyone looking to experience the best of IJmuidens coastal charm.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft. Wir sind mit 2 Familien angereist und es war genügend Platz vorhanden. Das Haus war sehr sauber und war super ausgestattet. In der Umgebung sind viele Ausflüge möglich. Wir können es uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!

Wij hebben met onze vrienden een onvergetelijk weekend doorgebracht in deze prachtige villa tijdens ons jaarlijkse vriendenweekend. Vanaf het moment dat we arriveerden, was alles tot in de puntjes geregeld en konden we meteen genieten van de luxe en comfort die deze woning biedt. De villa is niet alleen ruim en stijlvol ingericht, maar ook van alle gemakken voorzien, waardoor we ons direct thuis voelden. De mooie ligging en de sfeervolle ambiance maakten het plaatje compleet. Of we nu samen ontspanden in de ruime woonkamer, genoten van het mooie uitzicht, of buiten tijd doorbrachten, het was iedere minuut genieten. Wat deze plek echt speciaal maakt, is de perfecte balans tussen luxe en gezelligheid ideaal voor een vriendenweekend waarin je zowel rust als plezier wilt. Onze groep heeft enorm genoten en we kijken nu al uit naar ons volgende verblijf hier! Kortom, deze villa is een absolute aanrader als je op zoek bent naar een fantastische plek om samen met vrienden te verblijven.

Ich hatte einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in dieser Wohnung! Ich bin ein paar Tage zum abschalten nach Nord Holland gefahren und es wird nicht das letzte Mal gewesen sein! ☺️ Die Kommunikation und Abwicklung mit den Vermietern war einwandfrei! Auch auf kurzfristige fragen wurde sehr schnell geantwortet und mir wohl geholfen ☺️

Zeer comfortabel en luxueus huis met veel ruimte, grote afgesloten tuin rondom met ruime parkeergelegenheid, verrassend zwembad met stroming om tegenin te zwemmen en sauna. Mooie omgeving, duingebied achter het huis om te wandelen. Goede communicatie met de host….we kregen zelfs een late check-out aangeboden wat we superfijn vonden! Aanrader!

We had an amazing stay at Sonja’s place. Everything was just perfect. The location was excellent. The neighbourhood is beautiful. A row of houses with the canal as the backyard. Absolute peace and quiet and extremely secure. It’s a 4 minute walk to the tram station where there’s a tram every 10 min to the Central Station. It just takes 10 minutes to reach Central Station. The living area and kitchen are brilliant with all necessary equipments. The backyard is brilliant with an easy access to the canal. We didn’t use the pizza oven and the barbecue but I reckon they would be great when used. There are three bedrooms on the first floor and the view from the open space from there is lovely. The bathroom is huge and has a sun roof. Overall a brilliant experience. Sonja was very responsive and left a detailed note on how things work. We (2 adults and 2 kids) loved the stay and will again stay there in a heartbeat.
