Great place to stay, very spacious, super equipped, the roof terrace is beautiful, especially I like the surroundings, safe, quiet and within 20 minutes walk from the airport. I was now at a Paul's place for the second time and can 100% recommend this apartment. Price / performance.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this property. The place is warm, tastefully decorated, and it immediately feels like home. Everything is perfectly equipped, nothing is missing to ensure optimal comfort. The neighborhood is quiet and secure, which allowed us to fully and serenely enjoy our stay. We recommend this place without a second thought, and for sure, we'll be happy to come back!

"Life is good" is a secluded villa with a very interesting set up. it has two separate bedrooms with in suite bathrooms on the top level with a separate kitchen and living room as well as a reasonable size infinity pool on a lower level. This would work well for either two couples or parents with preteens/teens of the same sex. The view is to die for. Indigo bay is a heavily developing neighborhood but this villa stands on the opposite side of the bay from the new hotel construction so it is not affected by it at all. There is a short drive to Indigo Bay beach (small and feels private) and another 5 min drive to a nearby grocery store. It is only 10min away from Simpson bay and 15 min from Marigot. it was easy to communicate with the owner of this villa and their local management company who gave us a warm welcome. we definitely plan to come back and spend more time in this lovely place.

Adventurous and romantic! Exactly what we are looking for! It felt private despite the convenience of having the host nearby. Melissa was wonderful and very helpful. We sat on the patio and watched boats and cars and birds galore! There are some critters on the cliffs, like iguanas, but they won’t bother you. The breeze and air felt wonderful and I loved listening to the waves at night. I am very happy to chose to rent a Suzuki Jimny, as we observed other vehicles without 4x4 getting stuck on some nearby roads. It was exciting to see our cliff AirBnB from the catamaran tour we took. A lot of excursions go out of Bobby’s Marina, which is conveniently nearby and has secure parking for day trips. Trust the journey, the destination is beyond worth it!

An amazing place even better in person

We stayed at Michelle's place the week of April 19th-26th. We loved everything about Michelle and Brent's home. The view from the house toward Great Bay was breathtaking- every day of our stay. Superhost is an understatement, Michelle was a fantastic hostess! She welcomed us when we arrived, giving us a quick tour of the home, and leaving us a lovely gift basket of goodies. She provided a book with all the instructions we needed for the house and many great recommendations of restaurants and attractions. Anything we asked for or needed, Michelle was happy to provide. We enjoyed the beautiful pool and outdoor space, super comfortable beds, and plenty of space to spread out. Also, this home is immaculate... so clean and inviting! An added bonus is that the house is conveniently located, allowing us to explore the island with ease. We hope to return and would love to stay at Michelle's place again!

Marcus & Jocelyn’s place was extremely nice. The location is about 30 mins from the airport which allowed us to view more of the island. The place was extremely nice, quiet and the view is beautiful. Irene the host was very friendly and provided treats at check in. The home was stocked with plenty of refreshments which was very thoughtful. I truly enjoyed my stay.

We were warmly greeted at the entrance by the amazing Enzo from The Lux Villa Concierge. He gave us a thorough and welcoming tour of the apartment, which was not only spotless and spacious but also beautifully designed with a fresh, contemporary feel. The entire space smelled fantastic and felt like home from the very first moment. The apartment was fully stocked with everything you could possibly need for day-to-day living — from kitchen essentials to thoughtful touches throughout. Enzo went above and beyond, ensuring we had everything we needed and even sent us curated links to local restaurants and entertainment options around the island. He checked in with us throughout our stay to make sure everything was perfect — and it was. This place truly exceeded all expectations. It was a 10 out of 10 experience and we highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. We can’t wait to return!

Our stay at Ricardo's was absolutely amazing. The location is unbeatable, just steps away from the famous Maho Beach where you can watch planes land up close ✈️, and also super close to the airport and all the local hotspots, restaurants, shops. The apartment was spotless, beautifully maintained, and smelled amazing the moment we walked in. The bedding was extremely comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked and every detail was thoughtfully arranged for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Although the standard arrival time was after 4:00 pm, we were generously offered an earlier slot at 1:00 pm. The self check-in process was a breeeze. Everything went smoothly, and departure was just as easy. A lovely bonus was the complimentary bottled water in the fridge, which was much appreciated. Whether you’re looking to explore the island or unwind in a clean, cozy, and well-located home base, this spot is perfect. 👏 We highly recommend this five stars listing! As SXM is my second home and being familiar with the island, Linda’s place thus far is the best we’ve stayed in on the island. Extremely comfortable and a great location with parking. We will definitely stay here again and recommend it to everyone.

We enjoyed our stay and we would definitely stay again. The view is amazing and conveniently located across from the beach. It is also very close to many restaurants as well as the airport.

A terrific location! On the most peaceful beach ever! Lots of shops, bars, and restaurants. A safe area and everything is walkable. Perfect spot if you need to relax on the beach.

We had a great experience with this Airbnb! The host made sure to give us a great welcome. The condo is clean, has a great view, and was an easy walk to Mullet Bay beach.

We had the pleasure of staying at the Emerald Pearl Studio in Maho, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience. The studio is well equipped with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay-from a functional kitchen to a cozy bed (too soft for us) but that’s our preference. The location is unbeatable, just a short walk to the famous Maho Beach,where you can enjoy beautiful sunsets,watch planes fly overhead, or just relax by the ocean. It’s also conveniently located near some great restaurants, bars, shops and a supermarket. The host was incredibly accommodating and provided excellent communication she even left me a bottle of wine for my birthday which I thought was very nice and she even let us check in early. I recommend renting a car for the whole island experience, but taxis are only a 5 minute walk away. If you’re looking a relaxing, comfortable and stylish place to stay in Maho I recommend Emerald Pearl Studio. I will definitely be returning. 2 ppl only ;)

An amazing stay all around! I went in May so we were greeted with an entrance of lush trees and gorgeous flowers that led up to the front door (great for pictures). The unit looks even better in person-- extremely clean and spacious with beautiful decor. The living room couch is super comfy, my friend barely slept in her room that's how comfy it was. The view of the beach was great. Although the planes are nearby, there was no noise pollution when we were inside, which was great for peace and quiet. Sylvia was very responsive, thorough, kind and friendly. I highly recommend booking with them!

The location was amazing. The accommodation had a fully stocked kitchen and bathroom... including coffee, spices, creamers, hair products and everything you would have at home. I will definitely stay here again!

Jays place is absolutely stunning!! Waking up to that view every day was amazing!! Beautiful beach is steps away and it feels very private, never got crowded. The place is well equipped with everything you need and more and the air conditioning is 10/10! Beds were comfortable with plenty of pillows and everything was so clean. Communication was quick and easy for any questions you may have and the check in process was so smooth. This place is definitely one of the best air bnbs I’ve stayed in and will definitely be back when I return to Saint Martin !!

We enjoyed our stay here. About a 3 min drive to airport. Walking distance to Maho beach. The room wasn’t ready when we arrived which wouldn’t be a big deal but my husband was sick and needed to lay down. We had to wait an extra 45 mins to check in when we got to the room it was spotless. I would recommend this airbnb to anyone looking to stay in the Maho area and be in the hustle and bustle of things. We appreciated the host providing beach essentials as well.

We had a great stay! The location of the apartment is really great – in a good residential area. Large pool on the roof where you can swim lengths. The pool was great for watching the planes at Princess Juliana Airport. Anyone who comes to the island for this reason will not find a better location than this. The accommodation had direct access to the beach. There is a beach bar right next (but you didn't hear anything from the beach bar). The apartment was very well equipped and absolutely clean, nothing was missing. Thierry gave us shopping bags. Communication was prompt and uncomplicated. Thierry welcomed us personally when we arrived, he explained everything to us and also gave us valuable tips for our stay. We felt completely at home and would come back at any time!
