Family-friendly vacation rentals in Sint Maarten

This condo is exactly as described and the views are incredible! The lighthouse, gym and 7th floor pool + hot tub were huge perks especially since we were the only ones in the whole condo using it. It was hard to leave and our family created memories to cherish in this gorgeous haven that will last a lifetime!

The condo was very spacious and sparkling clean! Amazing view off of the balcony. Will definitely be coming back! Olga was amazing to work with!

We recently returned from our vacation at Princess Heights where we throughly enjoyed the beautiful views and hospitality we experienced during 10 day stay. After having some difficulty finding the resort( St Maarten has almost no street signs or route numbers) we were very impressed with this resort. The rooms and kitchen were updated and very well cared for. The ocean view from our balcony was beautiful. We used the pool frequently which was never crowded as we were able to find beach chairs easily. We swam almost daily as the pool was kept clean, was quite large and the water temperature was comfortable. The staff at this resort was terrific, very responsive to any concerns and we found them to be quite respectful. Although there some really good restaurants/bars close by it would have been nice to have one on site. This resort is gated which added to the feeling of security we felt during our stay which is important when you are away in a foreign country. Highly recommend this reso

What a time! Menavia communicated at every stage of the stay, provided lovely suggestions and all amenities, including assisting me with car rental. Ever grateful for her guidance. & the garden😍✨ such a welcoming presentation of love and dedication. Will be returning every time I’m on the island for sure.

We had a great time at Eve Marie’s Airbnb. Everything was exactly as described. Great location, Eve Marie was very helpful and friendly and all around it was a great place to stay. Very nice bathroom- looks like it was recently renovated. We will definitely book here again!

Andreas responded immediately if we had a question. He also let us stay late on our last day.

Our unit was a great get away from our busy life. The view of the water was amazing and were able to watch boats, ships, and planes while sipping our coffee in the morning and beverage in the evening. The unit was equipped with coffee machine AND nespresso maker. We were lucky enough to find it already had filters which made running to to market for coffee only. Plenty of fridge/freezer storage but with market prices, we ate out mostly. We already miss being there and look forward to going back in the future. For anyone booking, don't forget the cave on the beach! (we almost did) Easy to walk to and enjoy an evening escape for a picnic/wine. Beach is never busy.

Sint Maarten is definitely one of my favorite islands and this property was amazing! Great views and close proximity to family and friends and local restaurants and the VIEW just WOW!!! Vera was an amazing host and very responsive to my questions and concerns. Would definitely stay here again. 10 out of 10!!!!

Excellent for solo travellers or couples. Small space but cute with all the basic necessities. Stove top, toaster oven, microwave and 2 mini fridges with dishes are provided. AC worked very well and easy to set and slept comfortably. Very private and safe space. As someone else mentioned about the steep climb to get there, not sure I would want to stay there without a car. I would consider myself and my wife above average fit and we found it a bit challenging but enjoyed the workout we got every morning going for a walk. There is a grocery store down the road and the Buccaneer Beach Bar was amazing. We booked this place because we wanted to extend our stay on the island. Melanie was always very quick to respond to any requests I had. Simone was there to greet us for an early check-in which we really appreciated. Thank you Melanie and Topper for your hospitality.

This has to be one of the most beautiful villas on the island! The ocean view was amazing and falling asleep to the sound of the waves crashing was peaceful. We enjoyed our one weeks stay at La Casita and would book again when we come back to SXM. Thank you to the housekeeper for being so kind and giving us tons of local recommendations!

Wow the picture do not do this place justice! Extremely spacious and gorgeous view! Two different pools and we loved using the private beach access to catch the sunset! Definitely would come back here :)

Jackie and Carlos are very accommodating and were really helpful when we extended our stay. The place is in a great location, it is a quick walk to the beach, numerous delicious restaurants and grocery stores. It was great to have the pool to ourselves most days. I would absolutely stay here again the next time I visit the island!

My wife and I enjoyed an 8-night stay celebrating our anniversary. The home was better than described and the pictures were as real as when we walked in. Million-dollar view from the kitchen, family room, master bedroom, as well as from the deck and deck pool. Simply amazing! Hundreds of Sailboats each day were an amazing site, cruise ships lit up like Christmas during the evenings, beach access was easy, and the island of Saint Maartin was an absolute joy. Easy access to everything from this home and no more than a 20–30-minute drive and you'd be at the furthest point on the island. Spectacular home in which we will cherish the memories forever. Hope to revisit in the future!! All Laura's suggestions and references were spot on! For those of you whom like to both eat out and or eat in, all the suggestions for local shops were tremendous for our cooking requirements, from fresh seafood markets to local grocery shopping. Lastly, the prop. mgr., Lynn was a top notch & accessible!

This Airbnb was beautiful ! Such a calm stay , view is beautiful everything was clean ! The pool was perfect ! I would stay here again . They provide everything you need . The host are super responsive, it was great !

This place was even better than expected! Very modern/updated room with king bed and full kitchen/bath. The kitchen was stocked with essential cooking materials and everything was so clean and organized. The grounds were amazing. Right on a large sandy beach with many chairs and umbrellas readily available for the day. As many fresh towels as you’d like. The pool was right around the corner with two large hot tubs which were nice when we got caught out in a passing rain shower. There were grills available for use and a nice fire pit. Easy free parking on site. Quick walk to multiple restaurants and even a little market across the street for essentials. The only draw backs were the time share fee which you just need to be aware of and the fact that this unit is not ocean view, but otherwise a wonderful spot for an island getaway.

My friend and I thoroughly enjoyed our week stay. The Sotheby's staff were all very friendly and Luca especially was responsive and accommodating. I've been going to St. Martin for 17 years and this was my first time staying in Cupecoy, which is absolutely beautiful, clean and easy access to the French side, Maho and Simpson Bay. The condo was perfect. The bedrooms and bathrooms are large. The main balcony sits over the marina, which we enjoyed each night. I highlyrecommend this place and I will book it again in the near future. Thank Luca for making it a great stay for us! Linda and Christie

We had a lovely stay at Jolanda's. A quiet neighbourhood. The only thing that let it down was the buzz of electricy outside which meant sitting on the balcony wasn't relaxing..but we fully appreciate that this was out of her control. The apartment was great and the bed super comfy for a lovely night sleep. I cannot recommend Jolanda highly enough for her communication and assistance. Would definitely stay again. Thank you

We had an amazing time staying in Mike's home. The house itself is clean, safe, and a perfect place to relax in the pool with a view. Michael was a great communicator leading up to the trip and gave us fantastic recommendations. Once we arrived, Peaches was there for us in everyway, constantly responsive to our questions and even picked up a lost item from a taxi for us! My biggest recommendation if you stay here is to rent a car, the house is a bit further back in a neighborhood ( makes for a nice and quiet area) but pretty difficult if you would like to walk anywhere. There are restaurants and bars just a few minutes away a long with a number of grocery stores. Driving to both Marigot and Phillipsburg only took around 15-20 minutes depending on traffic, so the house was in a great location to get around the island. Would absolutely stay there again.

Fantastic location and accommodations!

Nous avons été enchantés par notre (trop court) séjour au Sapphire. Surpris (et bien heureux) d'avoir obtenu un de leurs condos rénové et super bien aménagé (# 230), mais aussi d'y trouver un programme d'activités et d'animation autour de la piscine. Je recommande également un massage par Dee (son salon de soins est sur place); elle est excellente thérapeute et super gentille (comme tout le personnel avec qui nous avons eu affaire, d'ailleurs). La plage du club est petite, mais il est facile de marcher par la route vers Cupecoy (pour les couchers de soleil) et même jusqu'à Maho (pour voir les avions aterrir au-dessus de vos têtes!). Marchés et restaurants sont également à distance de marche. Je recommande donc le Sapphire Beach Club Resort sans hésitation.
