Property exceeded my expectations. Even better in person than the pics. The location was ideal and perfect for the 6 of us. We were so comfortable in the condo. Very spacious, well appointed and super walkable. Enzo was a gem. Very responsive and super proactive with recommendations. Can not say enough about how much we enjoyed this rental. Will definitely return.

Le studio est vraiment calme malgré sa proximité avec l’aéroport , je n’ai ressenti aucune gêne et j’ai pu dormir paisiblement à toutes heures de la journée . La literie est très confortable, j’ai pu me reposer et en même temps profiter de l’île . Il y a vraiment tout à proximité ( pharmacie , restaurants , casinos , boutiques , bar , plages etc … ) et accessible à pieds . Les instructions de l’hôte ont été claires . J’ai apprécié mon séjour et recommande ce studio .

This place was soo relaxing. The beach is literally right there. We got turned around when we first arrived but once we got to the location, everything was great! We can’t want to come Back

Our stay at Ricardo's was absolutely amazing. The location is unbeatable, just steps away from the famous Maho Beach where you can watch planes land up close ✈️, and also super close to the airport and all the local hotspots, restaurants, shops. The apartment was spotless, beautifully maintained, and smelled amazing the moment we walked in. The bedding was extremely comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked and every detail was thoughtfully arranged for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Although the standard arrival time was after 4:00 pm, we were generously offered an earlier slot at 1:00 pm. The self check-in process was a breeeze. Everything went smoothly, and departure was just as easy. A lovely bonus was the complimentary bottled water in the fridge, which was much appreciated. Whether you’re looking to explore the island or unwind in a clean, cozy, and well-located home base, this spot is perfect. 👏 We highly recommend this five stars listing! The unit was beautiful, had a great view and was very clean. The host was responsive and answered all questions timely. Check in process was super easy and The Fourteen is a perfect location to everything on the island. I would highly recommend and would def book again if I return. Also, s/o to our driver Thomas, at the Fourteen. Taxis can be very expensive on the island but he was very reasonable & always available. If you ever need a driver, I suggest asking the concierge for Thomas! Everything 10/10

Had a wonderful time at Rosyenni, the apartment got everything you needed, Eventually you need to rent a car as the location is a little far by walking distance from the village Pelican Bay, and Simpson Bay, plus the view from the balcony is breath taken, you can chill at night watching the boat traffic, will recommend it 100%🙏😃

We stayed at Gigi’s for a week and had a lovely time! They were very responsive and helpful. The hill looks a little steeper than in photos but is still doable. The space was perfect for the two of us, and it’s in a great location!

Naomi is een geweldige host! Zij reageerde direct op onze berichten, heel zorgvuldig en buitengewoon behulpzaam. Toen het leek dat de taxi naar het vliegveld niet zou opdagen was ze zelfs bereid om ons te brengen, wat een geweldig lieve vrouw! PS de accomodatie is op loopafstand van Mahu Beach en maar 3 minuten van Simpson Bay beach!

A terrific location! On the most peaceful beach ever! Lots of shops, bars, and restaurants. A safe area and everything is walkable. Perfect spot if you need to relax on the beach.

The host has thought of everything! Well equipped unit in a quiet building. Walkable to restaurants and groceries. Lots of great communication in advance with little helpful items to prepare for my vacation. Wifi extends to the pool area too! I barely needed my eSIM! I will be back!

Beautiful, spacious, clean and well decorated house. Peaceceful outside space surrounded by beautiful mango trees. The host was friendly and professional and ensured we were comfortable

The pictures of the condo unit were EXACTLY as they were advertised on this site. The Condo was in Excellent condition. They complex where the unit is located is a wonderful with location that is in the heart of the Cupecoy area of the island. The host was very accommodating and answered important questions prior to us booking. The service we received upon arrival was equally outstanding and responsive. The overall experience was Excellent. The combination of location, the complex, the unit and host all added up to be one of the best units we have rented on this platform, to date. I would 100% recommend this location and the unit to anyone who wants an amazing place to stay in St. Maarten. It is a perfectly located spot on the island. We'll be back for sure! Thanks

WOW! This Airbnb was stunning. I couldn’t get over the view. The place was exactly like the pictures. They provided decorations and it was perfect. Amazing hosts! Such a blessing to be able to experience it.

We really enjoyed our stay. It was very comfortable with great views. From the security to the amenities very nice. Simona responded quickly with any questions we had. A great place to stay. We would definitely book again.

Brian was outstanding! He was super quick to respond to any question we had. We arrived super late and he still responded quickly. His place was super cute! The bed/pillows were comfortable, the furniture was great, and it came stocked with some necessities. The kitchen had everything we needed as we cooked every single day. The pool was fantastic, just what we needed with a 4 year old with! One thing I wished is that we didn’t wait to get the gate key from the office - parking in the middle parking lot saved a ton of steps! We made the mistake of carrying groceries up the stairs the first day we got there. The office personnel were more than helpful and friendly. Dawn Beach is super walkable (just go down past the security guard at the Marriott and follow the road by the resort!). There were a few beach towels provided which was nice! Overall, we had an absolute blast and Brian and his home made all the difference. I highly recommend staying here and would definitely come back!

I highly recommend staying at the Airbnb. The host was clear and honest in communication, the accommodation was as advertised, and peaceful. She was flexible even when I was late and I appreciate that.

I had a wonderful two week vacation with my wife and kids (9 & 11). We loved the apartment and the building had many great amenities. The kids loved the infinity pool and my wife enjoyed swimming laps at the indoor pool. There was never a crowd at the pool and we were often the only people on the private beach where my girls loved playing in the waves. Saint Martin is not known for good beach snorkeling but we were pleased to find one of the best places was right in front of us between our beach and Mullet beach.

The hills was an amazing place to stay for our time in St. Maarten. It was a perfect location close to a lot of the places we wanted to go to. It was a beautiful room and the pool was outstanding. Everything was clean and everyone was very friendly and sweet. Will definitely stay here again for my next trip!

Mariana and Manoj’s place was extremely clean and had all the amenities needed for a great vacation. Sapphire Beach Club staff was extremely helpful and friendly at all times.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Airbnb. It was exactly as shown in the photos. It was close to numerous restaurants, night life options, and water options. It is a wonderful central location in Simpson Bay. There is gate security that added an extra level of comfort. Larger towels and beach towels were supplied. The unit was very peaceful and quiet at night as well. I would highly recommend this unit and hope to stay here again in the future. Tanguy (or his mother) were very responsive on the couple of occasions that we had any questions.

This place is amazing. What a picture perfect place! The views are magnificent all around the condo. It is an easy 5 minutes walk to Mullet Bay beach. You literally just walk a straight line down to the beach from the front gate. To me, Mullet Bay is the best beach on the Dutch side of St. Maarten. The high ceilings condo is so spacious. I have never been to an Airbnb that is as spacious as this one. The bedrooms and bathrooms are roomy. The kitchen have topnotch appliances. We love the fresh off the boat seafood (fish, conch and lobsters) at the Simpson Bay Fish Market. The 2 pools (1 indoors and 1 outdoor) at the Cliff at Cupecoy are nice and big with plenty of sun loungers. There’s also a 24 hours fitness room and a pool table upstairs from the lobby. It was really nice that 2 staff members came to meet us at our rental car center to guide us to the condo. They also help check us in and give us a full tour of the condo. From the condo you will have a view of the pool and the beach.

The villa was impeccable. For my purposes, it was well located next to the location I needed to be. It is not near “main street” and a car rental is encouraged but not essential. It is highly secure, guarded and gated. The spa and pool in the unit were very comfortable. Some more instruction for using some of the items like spa and electronics was necessary. The Villa needs completion in bathrooms; tissue paper holders, coat hooks, towel, bars, and of more extensive welcome sheet for all guests on how to use the facility. TV’s were plenty and controls are hard to use. A/C worked well. Views are incredible from all rooms. Community is neat and modern. Parking extensive. Manager is fantastic and empathetic and helpful.

We had the pleasure of staying at Vera's place for a whole week. The location was absolutely stunning and the accommodations were lovely. Our time there was truly wonderful, and we are already looking forward to booking Vera's place again for our next visit.
