It is a beautiful house on an extensive property. Although large, the house remained cozy and comfortable. The house was spotless and well-maintained. The listing is approximately 30 minutes from the Texas A&M campus. It was a lovely drive, and the property was extremely private. We could find few sit-down, upscale restaurants nearby, so I recommend eating in the BCS or Navasota areas. Alternatively, you could bring your own food. The kitchen is small, so if you have a large group, plan accordingly. I would absolutely book again and recommend the listing to friends and family.

I very much enjoyed my stay for 2 nights during Graduation week at Texas A&M; location is convenient with a pleasant ~20 minute drive to campus. The bedroom & en suite bathroom were just right. The atmosphere is peaceful. I felt safe and right at home. If you are an outdoorsy type of person in any way, you will enjoy this location!! The sound of the water flowing down the creek, the wildflowers, the pond. The hosts were excellent. I will definitely book again for future visits!!

Nilsa is such a wonderful host. She is warm, welcoming, and makes us feel comfortable. She pays close attention to details, ensuring that everyone’s needs are met without being asked. She creates a pleasant atmosphere by being very helpful, attentive, and respectful of boundaries. In addition, she is an excellent cook! She was so nice to share some delicious soup with us!

I had an incredible stay at this Airbnb in College Station. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything I needed for a comfortable visit. The kitchen was well-stocked, the beds were super comfortable, and the extra amenities like complimentary coffee, toiletries, and fast Wi-Fi made it especially convenient. The location was perfect, close to Texas A&M, restaurants, and grocery stores, but tucked away in a quiet, safe neighborhood. The host was communicative, kind, and made check-in a breeze. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting College Station. I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in town.

We spent most of our time in Houston but enjoyed coming back to stay at his home at the end of the day.
