Nice clean apartment and very central for Orchard Road. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby and taxi stop on the next block. Room was as advertised, clean and tidy. Apartment is a bit older but everything worked well. Good aircon!

Yani, Maica, and Mary were the trifecta of service so empowered and incredibly responsive I had to pinch myself to make sure I wasn’t dreaming. The unit was lovely and well appointed and when I requested a sheet to help adjust to the climate, I was met with a creative and prompt solution from my amazing and inspired service team. Never before have I had such superb service and I would stay again in a heartbeat. It didn’t hurt too that the location and ambiance were sublime. Despite my slightly bumbling initial communications Yani, Mary, and Maica made our stay something to remember, rinse, and repeat as necessary in a world full of average, this stay was quite something special thank you!

This location is great. A short walk round the back gets you to Duxton and tanjong pagar. The rooms are large and well equipped. Plenty of storage space for long term rents. Super clean. Despite being in busy road my room was very quiet. WiFi very good. Check in and out was super smooth with everyone being 5 minutes early - like clockwork. Certainly recommend 100%

This place was excellent, nice gym facilities, breakfast was decent. Location is perfect 100m from MTR and bus stations. Nice bakery on 1st floor and excellent coffee places and food nearby. Groceries walking distance at Bugis. Room a but small for extended stay but fine for a week.

Everything was perfect, host was amazing and it's very well located, 15/20min from all Singapore places. I recommend that place if you are coming to Singapore!

I have spent 2 weeks at Andy’s place, and it was perfect! Allan was super responsive, had taken great care of me, from check in to check out, being flexible with my requests and pro-actively communicating with me. The location is amazing, very close to Tanjong Pagar area’s heart with everything you need (restaurants, groceries, shopping). It might be a bit complicated to find at first as Google location is off (do not go behind the Pinnacle) but once you get it, it’s actually easy. The apartment is basic but clean and functional, with the necessary amenities. Finally, the WiFi is strong, I could work all day on video calls. I recommend and will definitely come back if I can!

The place is great for one or two people. The studio has everything needed, including umbrellas. I mainly chose the place because of its workplaces and gym on the 5th floor. The workplace is great and offers fast internet. The gym is decent, but don't expect too much. I also used the small sauna, where I've always been alone. There are also lockers and showers. If needed, the studio will be cleaned 3 times a week. Breakfast is included, but I never went. Location-wise it's quite perfect, with restaurants and malls nearby, and Marina Bay Sands is a 10-15min. walk away. Overall can recommend it.

This property is extremely tourist friendly. it is right in the middle of an extremely large amount of stores from economic to high end. it is also very close to the train system, which is very easy to learn, extremely clean, and very safe. This will let you visit virtually the entire country seeing amazing sites, have fabulous dinners, and accomplish everything that you could possibly want and go to Singapore for. The highlight of this property, however, was found in a very unusual and most unexpected spot. Raymond is a security guard who works at Park Suites. He is extremely intelligent not only about Singapore but Malaysia and other surrounding countries. Make sure to find him when you get there. We traveled with him to Malaysia, which is only 30 minutes away, and learned so much more about Singapore because of him. Raymond is the true Jewel of Singapore, and because of him, we will stay at Park Suites again and would be happy to pay twice as much for the stay. Do search him out.

First of all the staff at Wilby Central is excellent— always helpful, friendly and courteous. The room is nice. Cleaning services are available. The in suite washer is nice. It’s possible to cook—stovetop, fridge, utensils. The location is excellent— quiet street but close to restaurants, CS Fresh grocery store, shopping. Several MRT stations are close. I wasn’t impressed with the breakfast but the kitchen/grocery store solves that. This will definitely be my go to place on my yearly visits to Singapore. I’ve stayed in upscale hotels, mid range hotels, another AirBnB and I think this is a winner for price, location and staff.

It’s a comfortable, spacious, cozy apartment. The staffs are friendly. Fair price with such a great location.

The location is excellent and Kay is quick to respond and flexible when I needed to extend my stay. Weekday breakfast was included and there’s shuttle to the CBD area. Best of all, I was upgraded from a studio loft to a 2 -bedroom which my husband and I really appreciated. Thanks Kay.
