Brad's house is located in a very quiet, peaceful neighborhood. The kitchen is well equipped. The bed is soft and comfortable. Brad responded to messages expediently. He and Tina went above and beyond to help me feel welcome and comfortable.

I was supposed to stay at another location, but due to a change in my travel plans, I needed to checkin a day later. Dina relocated me to a larger unit that was closer to her own base so she could assist in a real early morning checkin. Unit was very nice in a quiet complex, 2 bedrooms (I only used one), an equipped functional kitchen and bathroom, and a living room with comfortable furniture and cable TV. Dining room table could seat six. 3 A/C units that worked very well. Unit had a designated parking space. Except when the kids went to school, the neighborhood was quiet and felt safe, the kids were well behaved. Even though the rental was further from a business I was dealing with, the switch was an upgrade. Only hiccup was the checkout instructions came too late, so I cleaned the kitchen, took out the garbage and tidied up the unit. I hope that it was sufficient. My experience was good, and if I am ever in Guam I would not hesitate to rent from Dina again.

We had phenomenal experience staying at this Airbnb in Asan, Guam! The studio unit was absolutely delightful, with thoughtful small touches that made the space feel like a home away from home. The proximity to the beach, restaurants, and grocery stores was unbeatable, making it incredibly convenient to enjoy everything that Asan has to offer. While a vehicle is a must to get around, it was well worth it to have the freedom to explore the island at my own pace. Almar, our host was incredibly helpful and accommodating, making sure that we had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Our plans changed many times while we’re there and I’m sure we were a bit a of a headache for her but she was incredibly gracious, flexible and helpful along the way. The studio was cozy and well-appointed, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a cozy getaway in Asan, Guam. Great place to stay as well as being close to everything on-island. Very spacious and clean. Felt home despite being off island for an extended period of time.
