Monthly Rentals in Simpson Bay Beach

This was our first time in Sint Maarten and our experience exceeded our expectations. I knew I wanted a beachfront Airbnb and this was the perfect choice. It was everything we wanted and more! The photos displaying the space don’t even do it justice. It is a luxurious-feeling apartment, incredibly clean and tidy, lots of natural light. The bed is comfortable, bathroom and shower are great, kitchen is stocked with all tools and appliances you’d ever need. The balcony and view are out of this world! We loved having the beach access steps away from the apartment. It made for some amazing beach days. The water is truly crystal clear & blue. Super driveable (and even walkable) to nearby restaurants. I’d say everything is within a 3-5 minute drive. The hosts stocked the fridge with some drinks for us upon our arrival and also provided a guide for the Airbnb, as well as nearby restaurants. Overall we will 100% be coming back and this was the best Airbnb experience we EVER had. 5 stars! ⭐️

My daughter and I had an amazing time at Simona’s apartment. It is very private, quiet (apart from occasional plane takeoffs at the nearby airport but it didn’t bother us at all), clean, and had everything we needed. The location is outstanding: terrific beach at the end of the block, and bakeries, stores, and restaurants walking distance away. Simona also compiled a guide to best beaches, restaurants, and activities on the island that we made extensive use of. Whenever we had a question or needed anything, Simona was on hand with an answer or a solution.

Our Hosts were very responsive and attentive to our needs. Stepping downstairs from the unit and being able to take a few steps towards the beach was what we were looking for. Although our view was slightly obstructed by the palm tree with its bushy fronds just outside the balcony, we had a nice view of the sail boats in sight and part of the ocean. Mosquitos are abundant, especially at dusk, so use plenty of repellant. It would be beneficial to add the couple of screens missing on the two front windows to help with this issue. We were visited daily by the doves nesting on the front palm tree, and they ate crumbs from between our feet. We were also greeted by the green iguana just outside the balcony, you’ll see it hanging on the tree to the left. Lucie and Radek were very kind and helpful, we will definitely and gladly return to this beautiful gem.

We had a wonderful time in St Maarten. Mark is a great host, friendly, helpful, always quick to respond. We loved the resident pets. Keeping the inside doors closed to keep the ac on was a bit awkward and took some getting used to but was ok…would have liked some ac in the bathroom. The condo is well located for both the beach and watching the planes take off. Sunsets from the Topdeck can’t be beat. If we make it back to St Maarten, we’d stay there again.
