My stay was great. Very clean. The place is close to many restaurants and bars (~7 min walk).. I recommend having a car. The host was very responsive. Nice solo trip and worth it :)

Tamara was such a sweet and responsive host, she made everything seamless from start to finish. The unit was even better in person: super spacious, spotless, and the view was absolutely incredible. We felt right at home with how well-stocked everything was, from toiletries to detergent to coffee. The building amenities were clean and easy to access, and we especially loved the restaurant by the pool, perfect for lazy breakfasts without leaving the property. The staff onsite were warm and welcoming, and we felt completely safe the entire time. I would 100% stay here again. Thank you for an amazing stay, Tamara!

Le logement était très propre, moderne, bien rangé, équipé, fidèle aux photos, le coucher y est agréable. L’hôte a su être réactif quand il le fallait. Le quartier est paisible et à la frontière de la partie française et anglaise. Le seul petit bémol que j’aurais à relever c’est le manque de luminosité. En dehors de ça j’ai véritablement apprécié mon séjour N’ayez aucune hésitation, vous vous y plairez !

Laure’s villa was a perfect place for a relaxing vacation for me and my boyfriend. The villa is very private and offers amazing views of the water. Every morning we walked to the local bakery where they offer amazing pastries and sandwiches. There is also an Italian restaurant that is in walking distance from the villa that we went to twice. I recommend renting a car and exploring the island and the different beaches. Our favorite was mullet bay! Also, we spent a day at Loterie Farm and it did not disappoint! We rented a cabana at the pool and even saw some monkeys! Finally, we rented a private boat through captain Jo and it was the highlight of our trip! We got to explore several small islands off of st Martin and learn history about the island and went to three great snorkeling spots. We will definitely be back to stay at Laure’s villa again. It was exactly how it looks in pictures and Laure was a great host. If you’re looking for a private, beautiful villa this is your spot!

My friends and I had such an amazing stay here. I can’t say enough about this air bnb! Tibo and his father were extremely accommodating about arrival and check out times. The place is even more beautiful than the photos and simultaneously private and peaceful but in the middle of town. Grand Case is a really vibrant and welcoming area with a great food and dance/music culture. We hope to stay here in the future!

Our stay at Ricardo's was absolutely amazing. The location is unbeatable, just steps away from the famous Maho Beach where you can watch planes land up close ✈️, and also super close to the airport and all the local hotspots, restaurants, shops. The apartment was spotless, beautifully maintained, and smelled amazing the moment we walked in. The bedding was extremely comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked and every detail was thoughtfully arranged for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Although the standard arrival time was after 4:00 pm, we were generously offered an earlier slot at 1:00 pm. The self check-in process was a breeeze. Everything went smoothly, and departure was just as easy. A lovely bonus was the complimentary bottled water in the fridge, which was much appreciated. Whether you’re looking to explore the island or unwind in a clean, cozy, and well-located home base, this spot is perfect. 👏 We highly recommend this five stars listing! Coralie was fantastic!!! She sent us directions so detailed that she even counted the speed bumps for us! Her house was in a beautiful location and decorated so wonderfully. It was right on the water and we loved sitting on the porch watching the waves. The pictures dudnt do it justice. it was so calm and serene. Absokutely the best air bnb we have ever stayed in. She even had electric converters on the kitchen table in case we forgot ours. She thought of everything! We so enjoyed our stay here. Even met some fun neighbors to visit with. Stay here, you won't regret it. Thank you Coralie for allowing us to stay in your home.

Definitely stay at Nadiia’s place. From beginning to end our stay was amazing! Super clean, has everything you need and more. The video to help assist with directions was perfect. Very close to the Super U grocery store and great restaurants. Super quiet area. We loved the outdoor kitchen/porch. Drying rack came in handy for the beach towels etc. We won’t even think twice of where to stay when we go back to St. Martin. Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful home.

We were warmly greeted at the entrance by the amazing Enzo from The Lux Villa Concierge. He gave us a thorough and welcoming tour of the apartment, which was not only spotless and spacious but also beautifully designed with a fresh, contemporary feel. The entire space smelled fantastic and felt like home from the very first moment. The apartment was fully stocked with everything you could possibly need for day-to-day living — from kitchen essentials to thoughtful touches throughout. Enzo went above and beyond, ensuring we had everything we needed and even sent us curated links to local restaurants and entertainment options around the island. He checked in with us throughout our stay to make sure everything was perfect — and it was. This place truly exceeded all expectations. It was a 10 out of 10 experience and we highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. We can’t wait to return!

Perfeito! Depois de explorar a ilha vi que estávamos no melhor lugar! Em frente a melhor e mais bonita praia da ilha! Nem 5 minutos de caminhada pelo lindo campo de golfe! Parece estar em um resort! Vista do apartamento para o campo de golfe e a praia espetacular! Tudo novo! Vale muito a pena!

J’ai passé un excellent séjour dans le logement de Daniel à Saint-Martin ! Tout était propre, bien aménagé et parfaitement conforme à l’annonce. L’endroit est calme, bien situé, et idéal pour profiter de l’île. Daniel a été un hôte au top : très réactif, disponible et attentif à chaque détail pour que tout se passe bien. Je recommande les yeux fermés et je n’hésiterai pas à revenir ! Merci encore pour l’accueil !

Well appointed, clean and tidy space perfect for relaxation. The beach was a quick walk away and the pools were a nice addition. There weren’t many food options nearby, so if you’re planning to stay without a rental car, you might want to rethink that plan. The hosts were incredibly kind and communicative and their restaurant was outstanding! We had a wonderful time and highly recommend this space.

Stayed in Sint Maarten for 5 days and so glad we chose to stay at this airbnb! Rented a car for our time there and the apt wasn't far from the airport so it was super convenient. Apt was clean, the area felt super safe, and waking up to the view every morning was beautiful. Laurent was also a super responsive host when we had questions so that was really appreciated. HIGHLIGHTS: -quick 5 minute drive to mullet bay beach (could also walk from the apt, was just pretty hot while we were there haha) and less than 10 minute drive to cupecoy beach. -free parking lot for the building -close grocery stores that made buying water and snacks easy, and a bunch of restaurants that are easy to walk to -would recommend the Take a Break cafe at the bottom of the building for breakfast! Super good pastries and smoothies -head to Dany's at Cupecoy Beach bar for really good rum punches and best view of the sunset we had the whole time we were there (:

It was a pleasure staying At this Residence. The place was very clean and comfortable. The bathroom and a half was very convenient. Having a washer and dryer was awesome. The veiw was great of the harbor and the mountains. We were walking distance from so many restaurants, bars, shops. The pool was nice after a day at the beach. The host were very accommodating and responsive. We would definitely stay here again!!

Un super séjour chez Florence et Nicole, très sympathiques, très accueillantes, réactives et proactives également. Joli duplex, le spa sur la terrasse est un gros plus. Rien à redire, à ne pas hésiter.

The place was beautiful especially the view! My only suggestion would be that a tv should be place in the bedroom, instructions on what the occupants need to do before checkout (trash removal, dirty linens, ect) and English instructions on how to use the 2 in 1 washer/dryer. Grounds were absolutely beautiful and the young lady that checked us in was a sweetheart🤎

Mariana and Manoj’s place was extremely clean and had all the amenities needed for a great vacation. Sapphire Beach Club staff was extremely helpful and friendly at all times.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Airbnb. It was exactly as shown in the photos. It was close to numerous restaurants, night life options, and water options. It is a wonderful central location in Simpson Bay. There is gate security that added an extra level of comfort. Larger towels and beach towels were supplied. The unit was very peaceful and quiet at night as well. I would highly recommend this unit and hope to stay here again in the future. Tanguy (or his mother) were very responsive on the couple of occasions that we had any questions.

This place is amazing. What a picture perfect place! The views are magnificent all around the condo. It is an easy 5 minutes walk to Mullet Bay beach. You literally just walk a straight line down to the beach from the front gate. To me, Mullet Bay is the best beach on the Dutch side of St. Maarten. The high ceilings condo is so spacious. I have never been to an Airbnb that is as spacious as this one. The bedrooms and bathrooms are roomy. The kitchen have topnotch appliances. We love the fresh off the boat seafood (fish, conch and lobsters) at the Simpson Bay Fish Market. The 2 pools (1 indoors and 1 outdoor) at the Cliff at Cupecoy are nice and big with plenty of sun loungers. There’s also a 24 hours fitness room and a pool table upstairs from the lobby. It was really nice that 2 staff members came to meet us at our rental car center to guide us to the condo. They also help check us in and give us a full tour of the condo. From the condo you will have a view of the pool and the beach.

This AirBnB is nothing less than perfect. Right in the jungle, with the nature, peaceful and private. Tess and Hugh are extremely responsive, helpful and friendly. The recommendation book is a huge plus. Nobody should ever give anything less than 5 stars of this AirBnB! We truly enjoyed our stay and spending our 1 year wedding anniversary here. We love it! Thank you!!

We had a lovely stay at Lionel’s charming little villa- Luna made us feel right at home- the dryer was not working so we were unable to wash clothes which would have been nice before we headed to Anguilla and back home, the AC in the master closest to pool seemed to struggle to stay cold but not worth complaining about - just to note maybe needing some maintenance- thank you for a lovely time- highly recommend! Beautiful view- private oasis, just lovely, I never saw or met Lionel but my husband did. Thanks again-
