Located in a quiet and safe area 10min from the famous Avenue des Champs Elysées (center of Paris). I offer for 95€ an optional “ROMANCE PACKAGE” to SURPRISE your love one. Architect's studio refurbished in summer 2021 with beautiful materials, a real cocoon with a lovely unobstructed view of a garden. Large balcony terrace. Facing south, the apartment is very bright and very peaceful. It is conveniently located close to metro lines 2, 4 (3 min), then lines 7 (6 min) and 12 (8 min). Located a short walk from Montmartre and the beautiful Rue des Martyrs. The shops around are of high quality. Guaranteed to be a favorite place!
