The decor is warm and cozy, and you will certainly feel at home. You can park your car for free directly in front of the cottage and enjoy your vacation.

The house is located on the outskirts of the holiday park. This gives you extra peace and privacy. The house is located on a quiet and small-scale holiday park at the foot of the Limburg Heuvelland. The park is located on the outskirts of the village of Simpelveld also called "The Gate of the Mergelland". Here you can enjoy a serene tranquility.

The apartment is cozy and fully furnished and you can walk directly from the apartment to your terrace. The apartment is on the garden level, accessible via an 8-step staircase. Due to the various steps up and down in the apartment, it is unfortunately not suitable for disabled people. ( See photos). The bed is equipped with two electrically adjustable slatted bases with medium hard mattresses. Completely equipped kitchen, air conditioning, incl. bedding, kitchen linen and bath linen.

This bungalow is located on a small-scale park in Simpelveld/Heuvelland. The bungalow can accommodate 4 people, 2 bedrooms with single box springs equipped with duvets. Linen is provided ,the beds will be made for you. Towels are are not included The price per pet is €15. The tourist tax is €2 per person per night this is not included in the price Centrally located at 20 km from Maastricht, 22 km from Valkenburg, 10 km from Aachen ,

Vacation home Leef Zuiden!

Just like our other vacation home ("Sjun Limburg"), we completely renovated "Leef Zuiden" in 2023. In this house, everything has been renewed (including the interior and exterior walls). The fully renovated garden is fenced and 100% enclosed. A modern residence has been created that meets all current requirements. The vacation home also meets 100% of the sustainability criteria. The house is therefore fully insulated and air-conditioned.

Holiday apartment nine c is located in our monumental building, in the church village of Bocholtz. The apartment is spacious, comfortably furnished and equipped with all comforts. The apartment features a separate living room/kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed (200x200 cm) and a comfortable sofa bed in the living room, sofa bed is suitable for children. Bathroom with rain shower and separate toilet.
