Snowworld + Pinkpop ist rund 3 Km entfernt, es fährt ein Buss alle 30 Minuten dorthin, die Fahrzeit beträgt 15 Minuten, mit dem Pkw oder Rad ist man in etwa 5 Minuten dort. Die Bushaltestelle liegt etwa 150 Meter von der Wohnung entfernt in der Schoolstraat.

In the Limburg Heuvelland is our single-story vacation home. The house is located on the outskirts of a small-scale, green and quiet holiday park and has a very spacious garden with lots of privacy. Within walking distance is the cozy village of Simpelveld. We have furnished the vacation home with love and equipped it with every comfort. The decor is warm and cozy, and you will certainly feel at home. You can park your car for free right in front of the cottage and enjoy your vacation.

The apartment is cozy and fully furnished, and you walk directly from the apartment onto your terrace. The apartment is on the garden level, accessible via an 8-step staircase. Due to the various steps up and down in the apartment, it is unfortunately not suitable for disabled people. (See photos). The bed is equipped with two electrically adjustable slatted bases with medium-firm mattresses. Fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, including bed linen, kitchen linen and bath linen.

The cottage is located in the middle of the hills of South Limburg. A beautiful quiet place to enjoy the beautiful scenery from there.
