Vacation rentals with a sauna in Simcoe County

Huong’s place was perfect for our girls weekend. It was a 2 minute drive from Vetta Spa. The place was easy to find, had easy check in and Huong was very responsive when we had questions. Foodland is a 5-10 minute drive away if you forget or need anything. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed and the place was very clean. We would definitely stay here again.

The kids and I felt like we were in our home away from home. Very comfortable and peaceful location. We stayed here and did day trips to Muskoka. Great price for what you get. The kids didn't want to leave. We would visit again for sure 😊

Hands down the best Airbnb we’ve ever stayed in After almost three years of Airbnbs around the world, this one in Canada tops them all. We stayed in both the Lookout (the little house) and the Pine Lodge (above the store)—and didn’t want to leave. The Lookout felt like a cozy sanctuary: garden, sauna, spotless, fully equipped. The Pine Lodge had a steam room (huge bonus!), comfy couches, a big dining table, and a fire always going. But what made it truly special were Krystal and Madison—the kindest, most caring hosts we’ve ever had. It felt like arriving at friends’, not strangers’. During a freak ice storm, they moved us to a backup-powered house and even brought us food. Just wow. Local tips: • Cawaja Store: best coffee, insane ice cream, and local broths, pies, soups. • Mums Restaurant: old-school diner, fresh, cooked-to-order food. • The Friendly Corner: lovely for sunny outdoor meals.

Sean is very Friendly and Professional. He responds to messages quickly. He is an amazing host where he is checking in on us ensuring if we needed anything he is only a phone call away. We have been going to the Resort for years. Easy to get too, very peaceful and the Units are so simple but nice. Not many places take pets but Sean's does which helped us alot. The beds are super comfortable, probably the best sleep I have had in a long time. Kitchen was equipped with everything we needed for our Stay. The Kids loved the gym to work out and then we spend quite a few hours at the pool. The fire pit was nice to sit at especially with the chilly weekend we just had. We will be back for sure to be Sean's Guest.

This Air B&B is great for a get away it's exactly as posted would definitely stay again.

To be honest, this place if perfect. Calm and by the beach. Just 5 minutes away from everything: grocery, beach 1 and many other. Dimitrios is a really great host, nothing wrong to say.

Well worth it, I had an amazing stay at Inna’s place. The place was very clean and there was so much to do, I will definitely be back again!

The residence was very clean and tastefully decorated. We visited a local restaurant (Crazy Horse), grocery store and Chocolatier suggested in her listing and were very pleased. We also enjoyed accessing the pool and hot tub area close by. The host was welcome to suggestions and responded quickly to messages. We would definitely visit again.

We had a little girls spa weekend. This location fit beautiful as Vetta was a 5 min walk!! The Airbnb had their own little spa, with a sauna, hot tub, pool (inside and outside) and a gym…beautiful amenities! The Airbnb itself was spotless, perfect to dine in (everything you need in a little kitchenette) the little thoughtful snacks were a pleasant surprise! The thoughtful basket in the bathroom “in case you forgot” so helpful and cute! We were 3 girls and it was a perfect amount of space. We would definitely stay here again! And next would go skiing as the ski hill is right there (5-7 minute walk) !! Great location, amazing hosts, great restaurant called the ktchn (very worth it, make a reservation) the best meal I have had in a while! Amazing views!

Had a great stay, a little pricey considering it sleeps 8 but only has 2 beds and 2 pullout couches. Couldn’t get any closer to spa and ski hill. Would definitely recommend

Everything was as described. It was great to have a guest sweet so the teenagers had a place to hang out. Had fun in the pool and with the ping pong table. Great value.

Booked a spa day at Vetta for my birthday and needed a place somewhere close to stay and Tracy’s & Tiffany’s airbnb was ideal! It was so close to the spa, the complex/neighbourhood was so peaceful. The gym was less than a 2 minute walk away, everything was great! Tiffany and Tracey were so easy to communicate with and the airbnb itself had everything I needed! It didnt have a stove but we just simply brought home cooked meals there and warmed it up :) i had the most relaxing weekend and would definitely recommend coming back!

Our stay was exactly what we were looking for quiet, nice location, good price communication was clear and concise. If we are ever that way again we would definitely stay here again. Would be nice to stay more than one night to enjoy the area and what the location has to fully offer.

Justin was very accommodating and helpful when we had questions! The responses were so fast and informative. We loved everything about this place, it was peaceful, nice location and the pool was clean and very nice! Definitely will be back!!

We had a wonderful time celebrating our friend’s bachelorette. We’ll definitely have to come back one day when it’s a little warmer!

We rented Amanda's place for 2 nights in the winter and it surpassed our expectations! Amanda was a great communicator. The older cottage has been extensively renovated, it was clean, comfortable and cozy. We loved the wood stove and the heating system worked well. The kitchen is first-rate, and very well-equipped, it even had decent knives! We cook a lot and we very much enjoyed making meals there. We loved watching the ever-changing weather on the river from the picture window in the living room, and even saw a beautiful sunrise. The star of our stay was the sauna—we have a wood-burning sauna at home and at our cottage—and we were very impressed with its size, the modern design, the huge picture window and the style of stove. It got up to temperature even in -17 degree weather. We hiked and snowshoed in the Alexander Hope Smith Nature Reserve which was a walk from the cottage. The town of Washago was a 11 minute drive, with a great grocery store. Would definitely stay there again!

My husband and I just got back from a much needed relaxing weekend away and the place was perfect! We loved the hot tub and the privacy, including the water fall you can hear. My husband made great use of the sauna. The place was clean and updated. We stayed the whole weekend and found it the perfect place to unwind.

A Perfect Stay at a Stunning Home! We recently had the pleasure of staying at this absolutely beautiful home, and it exceeded all of our expectations! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how clean, spacious, and well-maintained everything was. The home is truly stunning — a perfect blend of comfort and style. The kitchen was a highlight for us. Not only was it gorgeous, but it was also fully stocked with all the items we needed to enjoy our meals together. Each room was thoughtfully set up and provided the perfect space for all of our guests — everyone felt right at home. We especially loved spending time outdoors and in the sunroom. The deck was a great place to relax and soak up the sun during the day, and the sunroom was the ideal spot to start and end our days with a coffee or glass of wine. There was more than enough room for everyone, and the ample parking made everything super convenient. We’re already talking about our next trip back. We highly recommend!

What a dream location for our family to spend a week of relaxation and fun! The home was as beautiful in person as it was in the photos, and Paola was a lovely host. l Every last detail was thought of and truly made for such a memorable stay. We hope to return in the future!

Hala's place is great! Flexible check-in and check-out helped ease some of the usual travel stress. Hala was responsive and accommodating. It's even more beautiful than the photos suggest. It was incredible to wake up to a view of luscious trees and have breakfast on the deck. The beds are comfy, linens are clean & fresh, and the entire place is a chill cozy vibe. It is right off a street (the deck faces the street, but there is tree cover) and we did hear some construction in the area, however, it was a minor nuisance. We would definitely stay here again!
