Worth every dollar spent, Chris’ place is a gem, we couldn’t get enough of the view, was a nice place to unwind in. Chris is so detailed you won’t need to ask any further questions!

Quiet and cosy neighborhood, not really near CBD, but if you have a car, that’s not a problem. Cosy apartment, can be a little bit cold, but with a heater in the bedroom, it’s not a problem.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Albany apartment! The space was impeccably clean, beautifully furnished with stylish and comfortable decor, and incredibly well-equipped with everything we needed for a perfect stay. The location was ideal, close to local attractions, restaurants, and shops, making it easy to explore the city. The attention to detail and thoughtful touches made us feel right at home. Highly recommend this gem to anyone visiting Albany—five stars all the way!

Rhys really helped us out when another host cancelled last minute. Place is nearly new and has all the amenities inside - including a stocked Nespresso machine. :-) Lovely and tidy, with good views. Unit has AC in each room, which is a nice bonus. Love to stay there again.

Great location on beautiful Waiheke Island. Lots of steps (as expected) so you need to have a reasonable fitness level.

We had a fantastic stay at Jan's unit. The unit is modern, secure, well located close to the beach and Auckland city and has everything we need. Highly recommended for anyone travelling to Auckland!

Simple but awesome studio, very well put together and thought out. The entire stay was as easy as possible and hassle free. Hosts were superb on communication and flexible.

This is a fantastic place for the family to spend the holiday. It is immaculate and big, which suits a family's special occasion. We love the place, especially our kids, who enjoyed the swimming and spa pools. Not only that, but it is so close to the beach for swimming and surfing. There is a local park and soccer field that we usually walk to play or exercise. Lisa is a friendly host who responds promptly if we need help. This is one of the best holiday homes available in the area, and we would love to return there. It is very secure and private for us visitors. We extended our visit for another day as we all enjoyed and loved the place and the area. There were 10 of us altogether, and it was worth the money we paid, and I highly recommend this place. Had a great stay! My biggest concern was my dog: the property is fully fenced and I was able to relax knowing she was safe. It’s also a great place for humans: really clean and with everything you need. Easy walking distance to beach, cafes and restaurants - I do recommend staying here. Thank you Julie 😀

A beautiful view from every room and a heated pool was great in winter! I had a birthday party here and all my guests enjoyed their stay.

The house is everything you would wish for in a holiday -let. Tranquil surroundings, great view across the water from the living room, comprehensively equipped kitchen , and all the accessories you would expect in a comfortable home. You do run into what seems to be Auckland’s little publicised gridlock on the motorways ( at least where I come from) if you want to drive into the city centre or back , during the morning or evening rush hours respectively, but you should be able to work around that on a holiday. I would recommend the property without reservation.

Absolutely beautiful house, we had a great stay at Fiona's place! It's a great location too, it was lovely being able to walk down to the beach. Everything is as listed and looks like the photos, would definitely recommend to other guests.

Wow! What an absolutely magical and beautiful place to stay! The place itself is much bigger than it looks in photos and was absolutely spotless. Each bedroom was incredibly spacious, had it's own kitchenette (which was particularly helpful for parents of little ones they didn't need to come downstairs to the kitchen to make a bottle as everything could be done in their room), had it's own ensuite which is an absolute bonus and is situated in a peaceful area great for walks. Howard was absolutely fantastic with his clear and helpful instructions which were prompt and responsive. What a gold mine to have found in whangaparoa! We will absolutely be back again! Highly HIGHLY recommend!

We had a great stay in this lovely accommodation. Perfect for a couple. It was very quiet despite being off a main road and it was fantastic having the bus into the city right outside the door. John’s apartment is not a great apartment. No, it’s a VERY great apartment, probably the best I have ever rented in Auckland. Ideally located, very well furnished, full of light, it ticks all the boxes.

Thank you for a lovely stay Lilly. Lillys place is lovely, it was walking distance to Ponsenby shops and central to all the areas we wanted to visit. Lilly had a cot set up for our daughter when we arrived and was very welcoming. She left us to it after showing us how to get into the apartment. The house spacious and clean and the house had everything that we needed. A beautiful home.

Really great place we enjoyed our stay the balcony is really nice to sit on great sunsets and the sound proofing is quite good so you don’t hear the motorway. Really close to Albany mall and the surrounding bays, so many great places to eat. And it was only 20 mins into the city. Would recommend it for a super affordable stay in Auckland.

Repeat Customer This is just a very special place. We have stayed here multiple times. It feels like our home away from home. It’s just very unique to be in a very private building right in the middle of a fantastic beach town on what is probably the best urban beach in New Zealand. You will love it!

This is an amazing place to stay. The apartment is new, modern and clean. The furnishings are second to none. The location could not be any better. More than all of that, Michael goes above and beyond to be a first-class host. There are numerous extras such as cheese, fruit, fresh artisan bread just to name a few, which makes the whole experience really wonderful. Such a thoughtful host and I would highly recommend to anyone.
