Beautiful. We watched the deer every morning while we sat on the deck and had coffee. Close to Deadwood. Very clean and quite. Great place to stay!

This cabin is so beautiful! We loved all the natural light inside the cabin. Lots to do indoors and outdoors and close to town. The pool was super nice too! Definitely a great place to stay ! We can’t wait to go back!

Wonderful place to stay for a family vacation. Grandkids had a great time as there was lots for them to do. Was a bit of driving to see all the sights but lots of beautiful scenery to take in.

Jessica’s place was in a beautiful and peaceful location! The place was very clean and made us feel right at home! I would recommend this place to my friends, family, and anyone traveling in the black hills area.

Megan’s place was exactly what we needed for our stay. We loved that it was a short drive to Deadwood and that we could get anywhere we needed quickly. We will definitely be staying here again!

It was a quiet location and big enough, also. Everything was clean and in working order. Due to the weather, the TV reception was not always available, but that was not the fault of the hostess. We had a great time!

We loved our stay in the stargazer cabin! It was such a beautiful property, clean, and peaceful. Mackenzie’s recommendations for activities and restaurants were great! The heated mattress pad was perfect for our September stay! We would definitely stay here again 😊

We loved this cabin. So many thoughtful touches. First time to SD & loved the area. Mount Rushmore, Crazy Horse, Custer State Park, Needles Highway & walking the town. The chuck wagon ride & dinner from Blue Bell Lodge was so much fun! Highly recommend for your visit to the Black Hills. Only negative for us is that we’d prefer a shower & not a tub/shower due to difficulty getting in & out of a tub.

Nice and clean. Loved that it was pet friendly!Modest but comfortable place to stay. Convenient location for getting around the black hills. We will stay again if in the area.

The host provided detailed directions for finding this cabin which was helpful since it is in a pretty remote location. I would definitely recommend taking the route that has you driving on 3 miles of gravel road and not 11 miles. The woods were beautiful, and we were able to find a nice hiking trail very close by. The yard was also great and the dogs had a great time running around.

Loved the cabin. Was very nice and cozy. Good trails right by cabin and good location to visit attractions near by… Custer State Park, Wind Cave National Park, Crazy Horse memorial, etc. I visited them all. Would come again :)

They couldnt have been better hosts. when my son felt sick Bruce sent feel better wishes. Very friendly. Will help at a moments notice. pool was clean. restraunt great. just a peaceful quiet relaxing place. have been there 2 yrs in a row and will return again. Thanks Bruce!!!!

Absolutely amazing!!!

We absolutely loved this little place! Definitely off the beaten path and it was so peaceful. If you love quiet this is the place to stay! Margaret & Derito were the perfect hosts! Derito gave us recommendations for places to eat, and Margaret made us a wonderful dessert! We loved their trout pond. We are already planning our return visit to this beautiful place! We enjoyed our little trips into Sturgis, Deadwood, Mt Rushmore, Keystone and Nemo. We loved renting an atv and went trail riding. Exploring natural beauty was priceless. We already have a list started of things we didn’t see this trip to hit up next year! Thank you so much for the perfect place for some much needed downtime from our day to day busy life! This cabin was absolutely perfect for our little family of three! The space was incredibly clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared. We spent hours on the porch soaking in the peaceful views, listening to the sounds of nature, and simply unwinding. Every detail was carefully considered, and the hosts were wonderfully responsive and clear with all instructions and expectations. The location is secluded and quiet but just a short drive away from Deadwood. 10/10 we would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!

Lovely little cottage amidst beautiful surroundings, relatively close to all the Black Hills attractions that you would want to see. Comfortable beds, very nicely stocked kitchen. The hosts communicated clearly and promptly. Our family of four stayed for three nights, using it as our base of operations to visit the Badlands, Rushmore, and Jewel Caves. It was a cozy and comfortable place to land after drives and hikes, and we were able to cook meals in the kitchen each night, with plenty of utensils, pots, pans, etc. (+some pantry staples & spices, quite nice!). The decor is lovely, and the bathroom has a great tub. AC kept the space very comfortable. Only mild complaint- the early morning sun hits the bedroom pretty hard, so if you like sleeping like a vampire (like my wife and I), bring an eye mask, because the curtains are pretty translucent. We’d definitely come back!

A very peaceful place with smooth check in logistics, smart use of space, and a responsive host. Can't ask for more than than that! 5 stars, would definitely stay here again.

The cabin was an idyllic stay near custer. Easy access to all the park has to offer and local restaurants. The cabin was clean and comfortable with all the amenities we could need and more. Marilyn was a fantastic host. We’ll definitely be coming again.

This place is magical. So lovely and peaceful and secluded, but close enough to everything you'd want to do. We had a hard time leaving the cabin to go on excursions, it was such a wonderful place to be.

The cabin at the creek was peaceful and just what we needed to get away from the hustle of life. The sounds of the creek with your morning coffee set you up for a great day. Also saw wildlife in the morning down by the creek. Everything was very clean and Ross gave us great info on restaurants in the area. Ross is always available for anything that may come up. The cabin is centrally located to all of the many attractions near Rapid City. We will definitely keep his cabin in mind when we come back.

We came to ride the many forest roads and trails on our UTV. The bunkhouse was clean and well supplied with all the essentials. The natural surroundings are beautiful and the location was perfect for our needs.
