This is a fully furnished vacation rental. It is located close to downtown Silver City in the historic district. It is perfect for a short stay or a longer term stay. It is both cozy and functional for our guests. Accommodation is intended for 4 adults or 2 adults and up to 4 children. Any adults desiring to book with more than four can do so upon request and a $20.00 per person per night fee will apply. Dogs allowed. We do charge a $20 fee per dog per stay, pay to host after check in.

This gorgeous 3 bedroom, 2 bath home sits on over an acre in a quiet and secluded subdivision close to town. Enjoy tranquil mornings and stunning sunsets on the back porch while grilling up a wonderful dinner. Visit our downtown district area with local shops, restaurants, and art galleries only 3 miles away and our historic Pinos Altos where great food, hiking, and biking is happening all year around. The Casita is small, i.e., approximately 500 square feet. However, it has a queen size bed, a twin bed, and two single sofa sleepers. It has a full kitchen, a small refrigerator. Well behaved pets are welcome and may enjoy the fully fenced, private yard.

What a delightful stay. The hosts are incredible people and they've created a peaceful oasis in the desert. The deck has lots of comfortable seating and incredible views. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need and the house is absolutely spotless. Would definitely recommend.

We had a wonderful stay for a few days! Our old dog loved it. The outdoor shower is so much fun. We walked every evening to Lake Roberts. It’s a beautiful property with deers walking through. Very peaceful. Even though it was hot in Silver City the casita stayed mostly cool with the fan on. There are enough utensils to make meals. We look forward to coming back!
