Excellent house. Very comfortable, well-equipped and perfect for relaxing and sharing with the family. The hostess was very responsive and always available. Everything was impeccable. Highly recommended, we hope to return.

In general everything was great, we only had an inconvenience with the pump and the pool heater but it was a matter of the batteries of the control and it was easily fixed. Something that if it was a little annoying was that people came in well early on the Monday morning but they never let us know that they would come, always good to know that someone is going to enter. PDTA: Entry to the property is a fairly steep slope, it can be tricky for some drivers, keep that in mind.

Very spacious rooms and very pleasant atmosphere for a few days of rest. Easily accessible to get to. Excellent service from Camilo, Paola and Patricia who cooks delicious. Recommended!!!

We had an incredible weekend, we were able to rest due to the comfort of the house, it is much more spacious than what you see in the photos, the rooms are very comfortable and complete, Don Luis was very attentive all the time, and Mrs. Maryori is highly recommended for the kitchen, she served us very well, and delicious cooking, the only thing missing from the house is an air fryer to facilitate certain preparations, otherwise it is very well equipped. It really was a relaxing trip, it was the first time visiting Arbelaez and we loved the weather, very nice for us and for our pet. The house is very close to the village, where we were able to relax. In addition, the entire lot is fenced with a cyclonic mesh and a living fence, which provides privacy. The house is cool and has everything you need. On the other hand, Erika was always attentive. It was an excellent stay.

We spent some amazing days in this house, perfect to enjoy as a family! The pool is ideal for children, with a safe depth (1.30 meters) and water always at the perfect temperature. We want to highlight the attention of the hosts, Enrique, Diana and Juanes, who were very kind and helpful at all times, making sure we had everything we needed. They even offered to help us with addresses if necessary. The location is excellent: the area is very quiet, perfect for resting, and for those who enjoy running, there are nearby trails between 10 and 15 km, surrounded by nature and with beautiful views. Definitely an experience to repeat!

Excellent, we spent a few days relaxing. The property is just as seen in the photos, it has everything you need, very clean and organized, everything was in good condition. Mrs. Amparo was very friendly and very attentive during our stay. It's closed, so it was perfect for our little dogs since they could be loose without worrying. This place is wonderful for any kind of getaway, really. It's better than the photos, it's a large, beautiful house, with plenty of room to walk around. Everything was impeccable from the moment one: - Timely and clear communication - The stay included a housekeeper, Mrs. Luz was wonderful and cooked delicious food, she even helped us with the barbecue. - Impeccable sheets, towels available. - The pool is in perfect condition. - Due to transportation issues, we had to check in later and Luisa was super understanding. - There was hot water for the cold nights - Fridge, pantry with condiments and a super well-equipped kitchen. Maybe it's not for you if you're bothered by bugs, although there aren't many that cross your path, mostly crickets... but it's a natural environment, it's normal. Otherwise, I highly recommend it and I know we'll be back.
