Quiet 50 m² house with swimming pool on the ground floor. The floor consists of 3 identical bedrooms, a small living room with TV, wifi, kitchen and shower room. Close to Roissy, Chantilly, Senlis, Mer de Sable and Astérix. SWIMMING POOL CLOSED from October 2026 to April 2027. Ping pong and foosball table available. PS: Pool is open and heated from May to the end of September 2026.
