The apartment is in the most tourist place in the city, as described. Very clean, wide, comfortable and well organized for a family - never ending hot water, own entrance, places to store things, kitchen supplies. The only thing I really missed, is a coffeemaker, but we survived. We loved the yard to take rest in the evening. Mehmet is very comprehensive and polite, really helpfull, Thanks a lot!. If we visit Istanbul in future, we will look for this place again, for sure. I recommend!

It's sweet and bitter (but there are two flaws, the first is that the house looks old but clean The second location is a little scary, especially since it is about Galata Tower, but if you are young, God willing, you have no problem, but if you are a family, I do not recommend it, there is a little disturbance at night, but it is one minute away from Galata Tower

We had a lovely stay with everything. The mini breakfast was okay, the location was nice, and when we needed something, it was immediately taken care of. It's a place I'd definitely consider staying again. In terms of location, it was like the entrance to the neighborhood without entering the neighborhood, I liked it very much, if you go, I recommend you to eat a toast from Tostçu Abdullah.

Volkan’s place is perfectly located in the heart of Istanbul, just a short walk from major historical landmarks like the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, and the Grand Bazaar. The apartment itself is cozy, clean, and beautifully designed with blue accents that match its name. It’s in a touristic area, so you won’t need to deal with traffic just to reach the highlights of the city. The T1 tram line is also nearby, making it convenient to get around. Despite being in the city center, the place feels peaceful and secure. Volkan is a truly professional and attentive host. He speaks English fluently, which made communication smooth and easy. He provided clear check-in instructions and was always available for help. The stay exceeded expectations in both comfort and hospitality. I would absolutely return here on future trips to Istanbul, especially if staying in the Fatih area again.

The house is not far from the center, but it is critical to meet the needs in advance as it is a hill. The authorities had already informed us about this. The house was very clean and tidy. The terrace is very pleasant, with a beautiful view. 6 people can enjoy comfortably on the comfortable terrace and stay at home. The pool is also very enjoyable, especially during the sunshine hours. We only stayed for 1 night, but everything we needed (toilet paper, utensils, towels, shampoo, etc.) was abundant in the house. A very convenient house when a large group of friends wants to have a pleasant holiday.

We felt safe and even though neighbourhood is a bit run down it feels safe and close to main city of town and lots of excellent restaurants. Good place for families and couples

I stayed a week and it felt like home. Nice and very clean apartment matching the description. The kitchen is sufficiently equipped- I had no problem cooking breakfast for myself. There are a few mini and super markets within a quarter mile from the apartment, so buying water and produce was very easy. Finding a restaurant also was not a problem- too many to choose from. It was nice to have the washer but you will need to either bring or buy the detergent. There is a small drying rack too. Aiya Sofya is maybe a 10 minutes walk away. There is really nothing to complain about. I would certainly stay again at this place.

Beautiful apartment right across the main areas of Taksim & Istiklal street, you can access the other side easily via the underground pass right at the entrance of the apartment. Amenities in the house is great and adequate, and great for small group or family. they also provided entertainment set which includes streaming services if you need those. love the fact that they had washer AND dryer as well! made it easy for us to handle our laundry. the hosts and their manager are also very responsive during our stay, even tho we texted them close to midnight to help with some of the house details. overall great value for money, wish i had found this apartment sooner, we only found it towards the end of our trip in Istanbul.

Lovely place, me and my family absolutely loved it. It was cozy and intimate, the locals were friendly and helpful, and you had a historic walk towards the Conquerors mosque. This was the best place we stayed at in Turkey. The room was perfectly dark for sleeping, you can sleep like a baby! and it had a lovely private balcony. The space was large, the kitchen was fully equipped, and the baby crib was very comfortable. The location is great too. There's no elevator, but they helped us carry our luggage during check-in and check-out, which we really appreciated. The only downside was the dryer — it didn’t work well as it’s quite old, so we ended up drying our clothes using the heater. Highly recommended this! Worth it

The biggest highlight is that you can walk to most attractions, come back to rest at noon, and go out again in the afternoon. The Blue Mosque is a 7-minute walk, Hagia Sophia is a 10-minute walk, the Underground Palace is a 9-minute walk, the Grand Bazaar is a 16-minute walk, the Spice Market is a 25-minute walk, and the Bosphorus Strait is a 30-minute walk. That's enough.

Enes' place was great.❤❤❤ The place is in a great location within walking distance to all historical and touristic sites. There are many restaurants, markets and shopping centers nearby. Hagia Sophia and the Blue Mosqueen are a 5-minute walk away. The house was very good. The balcony made it extra beautiful. The air conditioning was very good. The bed was very comfortable Enes was doing his best. He's always there. He wanted to make sure he had a good stay.❤ Enes also helps with transfers, good and cheap restaurants, and cheap markets. Awesome stay here! Yes, Taksim is noisy but I knew this when booking. It’s in a great location and perfect for the solo traveller or a couple. Would love to stay here again!

If you come to Istanbul and need a place to rest, prepare a quick breakfast or dinner and take a good shower, this is the place to be. Quiet and safe place, close to all the Taksim atmosphere, 10 min walk to the ferry and metro exit. Full kitchen, bathroom with a good shower, clean sheets and towels. We had a small problem and Belhül came immediately to help solve it and even gave us a gift. Great host and great person. Thank you Belhül. Don't hesitate to stay here. Small place but big heart.
