Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Silivri

we were looking for a peaceful place in Istanbul close to the sea and mountains and forests. This is the best place for this purpose. So we got completely relaxed there. Moreover, the location is very organic- you may buy fresh milk straight from Turkish village citizens, freshly baked Karadeniz bread from the local old lady who is making herself it, you may buy fresh groceries there. Black Sea is 10 minutes away by car. The place is also close to both Asian and European parts of Istanbul. About house- the housekeepers are very helpful and empathetic, whenever you need help, they can do that. We did not know that the house is well-equipped so we brought our dishes, containers, shampoo etc. However, everything was there. Overall, we had amazing experience there with our kids. thanks to this place for that

beautiful location right on the sea front, where I noticed alot of Turkish families also came to enjoy the sea view and picnic/ barbecue The property was exactly as described and perfect for our family. it was clean, spacious and comfortable. The beaches and restaurants were all just a short taxi ride away. There was also a fish restaurant less than 10 minutes walk away. the host and her husband were great, they were always ready to help if needed. I would definitely stay here again if ever in Beylikduzu

aşırı keyif aldığımız mini bir tatil oldu, çok huzurlu 3 gün geçirdik. tam kafa dinlemelik, denizin tadını çıkarabileceğiniz bir yer. ev temiz ve düzenli, ev sahibi Murat bey ise güler yüzüyle, verdiği tavsiyelerle ve istediğimiz her konuda yardımcı olmasıyla harika biriydi, ayrıca kendi hazırladığı balıkları da es geçemeyeceğim.. lezizdi :) kesinlikle tekrar gitmek isteyeceğimiz bir ev oldu bizim için, her şey için çok teşekkürler.

Apartments are beautiful, large, and in a great location - we really loved our stay and would absolutely recommend this place to friends! Things to know: the two floors are totally separate apartments; they are pretty anonymous rental flats in terms of what to expect in the kitchen; we experienced some cultural differences around checkout and other communication, but no major issues; the offered airport pickup required that we wait around the airport for about 40 minutes but was otherwise easy

Burnumuzda tütüyor 🥹 Her sabah pıtır pıtır kendisini sevdirmeye gelen, geceleri ateş başında otururken siz korkmayın diye tüm korumacılığıyla usul usul yanınıza kıvrılan bir sevgi yumağı kendisi 😍 Ah bi de o mırıl mırıl kedişler; terapi gibi 🫠 Özetle bu kadar sevgi dolu evlatlar yetiştirmiş bir ev sahibi nasıl kötü olabilir? Anlayacağınız, eğer burada konaklamayı tercih ederseniz sizi, sizlerle aynı bahçede tüm güler yüzüyle bir çift karşılayacak. Bu nedenle güvenlik kaygınız olmasın, tek başınıza bile biraz doğada inziva istiyorum düşüncesiyle tercih edebileceğiniz bir lokasyon. Aynı bahçede kalıyor olmak akıllarda mahremiyet kaygısı oluşturabilir fakat sizler talep etmediğiniz sürece “şöyle yapsak rahatsız olurlar mı” diye bir adım sonrasını düşünen insanlar Fatoş Hanımlar 😇 Aynı zamanda her düşünce ve var oluşa oldukça saygılı insanlar 🌈 Bonus: Fatoş Hanım’ın Harika Kurabiye

Nuray Hanım ve eşine çok teşekkür ederiz. Gemiden indiğimizden itibaren bizi çok sıcak karşıladılar sağ olsunlar. Geç bir saatte adaya varmamıza rağmen adayı tanıtıp çok ilgilendiler. Hem adaya gelişimizde hem de dönüşümüzde bize kolaylık sağladılar. Teras katında konakladık. Harika bir ev, harika bir manzara ve oldukça güvenli bir muhitti. Merkeze ve denize çok yakın olan bir evdi. Yeniden gelmeyi çok isteyerek evden ayrılıyoruz :)

Tuğkan Bey, gerçekten profesyonel bir ev sahibiydi, oldukça ilgili, her zaman ulaşılabilir ve yardımseverdi. Ev fotoğraflarda göründüğü gibi çok şirindi biz çok sevdik ve çok memnun kaldık. Konaklamanız esnasında ihtiyacınız olabilecek her şey gerçekten incelikle düşünülmüş, yolumuz tekrar İstanbul’a düşerse kesinlikle tekrardan tercih edeceğiz 🐣☺️

Eine sehr schöne Unterkunft, bei der ein Blick über die Stadt auf der großen Dachterrasse möglich und grandios war. Zudem eine belebte Gegend in Fußnähe. Das Apartment war ausgesprochen sauber.

A total 5 star experience all around The very best place and area to finish off our 3 weeks in Turkey Such a welcoming place to come home to after a day out exploring We had the added benefit of a rooftop terrace to enjoy our breakfast and then beer and snacks before heading out to the choice many restaurants in the area for dinner The pizzas at Pizzrotti are amazing and we had them delivered to our terrace !! Balat has it all and just a quick tram ride to the beating heart of Istanbul The apartment was so quiet The shower was amazing The beds were comfortable The kitchen was well stocked We had a gorgeous lounge to relax in An all over 5 star apartment I thoroughly recommend a stay here of at least 4 nights

Petit logement propre et fonctionnel idéalement placé pour accéder aux monuments historiques de la vieille ville et aux transports pour filer découvrir le reste. Hôte super accueillant et aidant pour organiser le trajet depuis l'aéroport, adapter le départ etc. Merci !

We had a very nice stay. Volkan replied immediately, gave clear self check-in instructions, and there was always 'staff' nearby who could come to the apartment within 15 minutes if we needed help. When our toilet didn’t flush upon arrival, someone came to fix it right away. When our toilet paper was almost finished, we received new rolls. The apartment is brighter than it appears in the photos, thanks to two street-facing windows. I had feared it would be too dark, but that wasn’t the case. The location (New European Quarter) is great—close to Galata Tower, Taksim Square (full of restaurants and shops), and fancy hotels like the Pera Palace, where Agatha Christie wrote Murder on the Orient Express. Do note that the area is noisy both day and night, and the flat is not well insulated against sound. Streetlights prevent full darkness, even with curtains. Light sleepers may want to bring earplugs and a sleep mask. Bus, metro and train stops are 3-10 min away—leading to the 'Old city'.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Super séjour ! L’appartement est idéalement situé à deux pas de la rue İstiklal, ce qui permet de profiter pleinement de l’ambiance animée du centre-ville tout en étant au calme la nuit. Le logement est propre, confortable et bien équipé. L’hôte a été très réactif et accueillant, avec de bonnes recommandations locales. Je recommande sans hésiter pour un séjour à Istanbul !

İletişim çok hızlıydı. Eve giriş çok kolaydı. Talimatlar net ve anlaşılırdı. Ev çok temizdi. Muhit ve manzara çok güzeldi. Tek araçlık otopark kullanımı mevcuttu. Manzara kusursuzdu. Genel anlamda çok memnun kaldık.
