I stayed at this condo in Pasay, Manila for just one night, and it was perfect for a quick stopover. The unit was clean, cozy, and exactly as shown in the photos. The air conditioning worked well, the bed was comfortable, and there were basic essentials like towels, toiletries, and even a small kitchen setup which came in handy. The location is great—close to the airport, malls (like MOA), and convenient restaurants. The building felt secure with 24/7 security and the check-in process was smooth thanks to the host’s clear instructions. Even though it was a short stay, I appreciated the fast Wi-Fi and peaceful atmosphere. Great value for money—would definitely book again if I need a place in the area!

Overall, it was an awesome experience! I really enjoyed the time at the room because it's close to coffee shops, stores, the mall, etc. If you're looking for a place to stay, close to everything and still have that privacy environment, then I highly recommend this place to anyone! Will definitely come back!

We really enjoyed our stay at Tes’s place. Aside from being really nice and comfy, it was also really well thought out. Some of the things we loved: power sockets by the side of the bed for easy charging, as well as handy nook by the bed to keep small things, plenty of hooks for towels and such, a rack for hanging wet clothes/ swimwear, and most importantly, toys for kids (my kids loved these in particular). Tes was a great host and kept us informed with detailed instructions throughout the trip. I especially liked the convenience of being able to register inside Pico De Loro because the owner made himself available. All in all, 5 stars plus!! Already looking to book our next trip at this place. Thanks Tes and Monching for a really great stay!

Daniel’s place is what it is on the photos. Can comfortably host 4-6 people. Daniel is very responsive despite the time difference. The caretaker Kuya Al is also very helpful from check in to check out. Would’ve been nicer had we stayed longer but definitely worth it. Thank you!

We loved the place and the amenities that came with it such as board games, dental kits, extra blankets. The unit is easy to find and very near the pool, it was an easy walk for me and my toddler. Jose as a host is very responsive and he quickly addressed our needs. Overall a great experience and we’ll book this again in the future.

This is my 4th time staying in VillaRica Beach Resort and it will not be my last. My family love the place due to safety and accomodating staff. Till next time.

Sir Chris.was responsive to my initial queries and Ate Maurine was very and helpful during our stay. We enjoyed our stay and what we love was the complete kitchen amenities. The place is clean and well-maintained too. You can totally relax and enjoy the view.

Place is very private, perfect for those wanting peaceful but fun weekend getaway. Only 2hrs from Manila via SLEX/Star Tollway. Speedboat already waiting for us upon arrival. There’s so much do to — water activities, karaoke, netflix or just chill all day by the pool with the best view of Taal Lake. House is clean, well maintained and almost complete. Caretakers live next door so it’s very convenient if you need anything. We enjoyed our stay and looking forward to our next visit!

The location gives a direct access to the beach. The house is perfect for our entire family. Although it was only a two-day stay, the children enjoyed so much and had a blast. Shachi communicated well and provided us heads -up about checking in. We recommend to anyone and would definitely return.

Looooved the bnb 😍 went there last holy weekend and there were only a few guests- everything’s quiet, secluded, and felt exclusively just for you. Sunset is beautiful. Joey/ host is also super nice and kind, very responsive when it comes to our concerns. Staff were so nice! And very welcoming, made sure everything’s convenient for us even though the location’s isolated- gave us cooking oil, changed our bidet SUPER FAST! Shout out to Kuya Nino!!! Such an excellent experience for us from the get go- the beautiful boat ride on the way to the island, the cool natural spring water of their pool would make sure you beat the heat, everything’s just super nice! Two Oceans at Maya Maya is a great place for a family staycation. The photos on Airbnb are a bit outdated as the property has improved a lot. We were surprised by the beautiful furniture, antiques, and how well-maintained everything is. There are five bedrooms with bathrooms, plus a ground-floor room that makes it senior-friendly. The kitchen is fully equipped, and there are plenty of lounging spots. The living room doesn’t have air conditioning, but it encouraged us to enjoy the outdoors. The sea breeze and surrounding trees made it comfortable even on sunny days. The pool is clean, well-maintained, and not overly chlorinated, which we appreciated since we spent most of our time there. The sunsets, stargazing, and private beach below were amazing additions. We also appreciated the host allowing us to bring our two cats by agreement. The caretakers were helpful, though clearer boundaries would improve the experience. Overall, we had a great time and look forward to coming back.

The place was so clean and comfy and has a perfect view of taal. My family was able to switch off and get away from everything. We would like to thank ate Cecille for giving us a hand everytime. It would be a big yes for us to come back for the third time.

I think the bathroom is leaking outside. Nonetheless, our vacation was very comfy and convenient because of this.

Overall, it's a good place to stay. Very comfortable and all furniture are in good quality. For possible improvement: - cleaner or new sanitary fixtures - keep the drains and grease trap odor-free (grease trap was so bad) - for longer stays, consumables should be replenished - clothes rack to hang clothes - include new dish sponge for every visitor - do not dilute the dish soap in water. Sachets is more sanitary than diluted in containers. - better communication from host

"We decided on a last-minute staycation at Wind Residences in Tagaytay, and we're so glad we did! Our hosts were incredibly accommodating and quick to respond to all our questions, making us feel right at home. The room was charming and had everything we needed to cook, which was a huge plus. And the view of Taal Volcano? Absolutely stunning! Watching the afternoon fog roll in was also a really memorable part of our trip. Highly, highly recommend!"
