Finca Sábila, a small paradise

A beautiful rustic house to enjoy a couple in the middle of nature, with the comfort of a modern home. Impressive views from all the terraces and gardens full of flowers that surround it, with a hot tube, Balinese bed, hammocks, tables with their chairs and stone benches. Casa de Roya is located two kilometers from Estepa (Seville), in what is called the Center of Andalusia, about an hour's drive by highway from Cordoba, Seville, Malaga, and Granada. The house has three double bedrooms and one single bedroom, plus a kitchen-dining room, with an indoor fireplace, dishwasher, household items, towels, sheets, air conditioning in common areas, and a 32" TV. The house is 1 km from the Roya Spring, where there is a source of filtered water from the Sierra.

Eco-Finca Utopia

My brand new eco-house is located in a small valley surrounded by untouched nature very close to the nature park near Grazalema and with many hiking trails all around and near the Embalse de Zahara. During construction, we used natural and recycled materials and the sun supplies electricity via a solar system. On the 3.5 hectares of land there are mainly olive trees and from the top you have a beautiful view of the Sierra de Grazalema.

A-374 Algodonales-Ronda, at kilometer point 32.700), approximately 1 km from the entrance to the city, and 4 km from the center of Ronda, "Dream City" as the poet Rilke described it. We have been in the rural tourism sector for several years and have proven experience in this field.
