We were happy with our choice. Friendly hosts, clean, cozy apartment, has everything you need, as described. Beautiful beach 5 minutes away from the house, large supermarket nearby.

Excellent location, impeccable accommodation and best of all, Maria's service is a 10. Always attentive, proactive and kind. I recommend it 100%.

We had a really great time at Alejandro's place! 😌 He was super reliable and always available when we had questions. The apartment was sparkling clean and very comfortable. The beach was just a few minutes' walk away – just perfect for unwinding. We got to downtown Valencia in just 15 minutes by taxi or Uber, so it's also super convenient. There were also really good restaurants nearby – we ate delicious food every night. Thank you, Alejandro, for this beautiful stay – we would come back anytime! 😍

From when we left the house until arrival Natalia gave us all the facilities, being there she was super attentive and pleasant, everything was perfect. When we come back…. I will go back to her. Very grateful

This was our second stay at Juan's beautiful apartment. It's located in a nice quiet area, with easy parking and within a short walk of Chulilla...making it the perfect place to stay for the amazing climbing and stunning walks in the area. The apartment itself has everything you need for a very comfortable stay, with easy check-in and and a super friendly host. Recommended!!!

Perfect stay! The apartment is in a very good location 2 minutes from beautiful beaches, restaurants and all amenities. If you come by car it will be very easy to find a place nearby to park. In addition, the apartment was great, with a great sea view! Annie was great, super responsive, caring and will do anything to make you feel good! In addition, if you are looking for something to do or a restaurant to try, do not hesitate to contact her. Really a great experience that I recommend 200%

We had an amazing time at Diego's apartment! Communication with him was very easy, he gave us very nice recommendations for the area and you can even walk up to some climbing spots from the apartment :) The views are great and the apartment is very cozy. We would definitely come again!

We went to have a great time and we had a great time, Jesus at all times was very attentive and showed us both how to get there and all the recommendations we could make. As for the house, we have been 15 and we have all fit no problem, a very spacious house and a spectacular terrace. We highly recommend it for a getaway and getting away with family or friends.

We went with little time because we went to an event. Graham was available to give us clear instructions on how to get there, park, and restaurants. Incredible views where you can breathe tranquility. Highly recommended place, with everything you need for a longer stay.

The photos don't do the house justice. It's super big. The rooms are much bigger than expected. The house is very bright. It has a giant covered/enclosed patio and a roof terrace. Everything has been recently renovated. Amparo is a sweetheart. I ordered from Mercadona and she arrived before me, and she put it in the fridge for me. The house doesn't lack anything. What's more, it has gel and shampoo, bottles of fresh water in the fridge, a small carton of milk, 2 beers and everything, all kinds of cleaning products, I mean, everything. One drawback is that Google Maps does not give the correct location. You have to look for it on Street View. It's next to the Plaza del Ayuntamiento. It's on the corner. Ahh important, if you want to watch national TV channels, tell Amparo because you have to do it through an app. In short, great!!

The house is in a quiet area, as seen in the photos. A good place to spend a few days relaxing. The host is very helpful and responds quickly. I recommend it.

The house is spacious and has everything you need to spend a few pleasant days. Good location, close to the beach and on the same street, at the end, there is a supermarket. It has the pool next to the house, very comfortable.

Very well-conditioned space. Andres was very friendly and looked after us perfectly. Even when we told him we were having a barbecue the next day, he brought us more firewood so we wouldn't run out of anything. Definitely a place to go back to when we're in that area.

Small but very cozy apartment with everything you need to stay, clean and rest, the kitchen has everything although small it does not lack anything, I really liked the rustic style, nothing bad to say if for doing so would be a recommendation, the placement of the TV from the sofa is not visible, with a rotating support it would be arranged, the quiet neighborhood about 20 and a few minutes from the center of Cuenca, the church, hanging houses etc., very recommended and Óscar was very attentive

Both Daniel and Mariana were very kind and kind, and quick to respond to our messages.The room is very clean and tidy., It is very convenient to have a washing machine.But Mariana doesn't speak English... exchange basically can only be translated or send information to Daniel. Besides the exchange is great, the view outside the terrace is beautiful, there is a supermarket cafe breakfast place nearby and the beach is also very close.

We had an excellent stay at Elena and Wilfort’s place. It is a perfect quiet location only 20 minutes ride from Valencia. The beach is 3 minutes walk and perfect for long walks. The apartment was very clean and very well equipped. It offers a beautiful sea view as well. The building is very quiet and clean. The hosts were very kind and friendly and helpful. We definitely recommend it and would love to stay there again !

Sophia and Luis were perfect hosts. We couldn't have asked for any better. The area is quiet and peaceful. The 112 bus goes into Valencia every hour and only takes around 15 minutes. ideal location and perfect hosts!
