Spare and spacious and sunny. This casita is surrounded by a lovely and shade filled garden. There’s a wall so that you will enjoy outdoor privacy. It’s a short walk to downtown and the brewery, baths, and galleries. The Rio Grande is across the street and there are beautiful views of Turtleback Mountain from the porch. The house is about 80 years old, floors are wood and tile. Pets are welcome, however we ask that pet owners read "Other details to note" thoroughly!

In the morning walk across the street to the large riverside park to get some exercise, do some bird watching, or visit the Farmer's Market.
