Delightful 3-room barn with indoor fireplace

Our over a hundred-year old converted Transylvanian barn provides silent environment in a small, rural village of the Csík-basin in the Eastern Carpathians. You can enjoy our garden by having a barbecue or just spending a relaxing hour in the swing chair. The interieur is furnished with items from the old house, others were collected from the surrounding villages. You find a tasteful combination of old & modern, a great escape from busy town-life for couples, families or groups of friends.

A modern bathroom is showcased with a glass shower enclosure and a wood-accented sink area. A round mirror hangs above the sink, and towel racks are mounted on the warm-toned wall. Light pours in through a small window, enhancing the clean and functional design.

Our tiny house is ideal for a couple or for a small family to rest in a traditional szekely (sekler) environment . You can enjoy the sounds of birds or the fire crackles , you can take a walk or ride a bike in the nature. The nearest city is Csikszereda (Miercurea Ciuc , 14 km ) where you can do other activities. We have free parking in backyard and fireplace for grill and a large garden to hang around.

The house lies at the foot of the Carpathian mountains, close to the Natura 2000 protected area. It has a quiet, natural setting at the edge of a small transilvanian village. It is very comfortable for one or two adults, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families (with young kids). For four adults it might be tight. Around it is a big garden with a fruit-orchard and a small creek.

An outdoor seating area is featured, showcasing modern wicker furniture with comfortable cushions. A coffee table is positioned in the center, while a wall-mounted television and a decorative lamp enhance the ambiance. Subtle lighting adds a cozy feel to the space.

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The place was exceptionally clean, quiet, and very comfortable, exactly what I needed for a relaxing getaway. The host was responsive and accommodating, which made the experience even better. However, I did notice that the initial listing was for a different address, which was a bit confusing at first. Despite this, the actual location turned out to be great, and I had no issues once I arrived. Just a small note for future guests to confirm the address before booking. A very big plus is that they accept animals and we were accompanied by our 2 cats which felt right at home! Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this place to others!

Otthonos, ízléses és igényes - a házigazdák és a szállás is, pont amilyen a leírásban és a képeken. Botond és Enikő már a foglalás és tervezés alatt is nagyon készségesen és gyorsan válaszolt minden felvetésünkre, az ott tartózkodás alatt pedig figyelmesek voltak és remek helyeket ajánlottak. A szállás igazi béke szigete, mégis pár perc alatt és könnyen elérhető bármi (bolt, étterem, program), mivel Csíkszereda közvetlen közelében található. Csillagtúra-szerű kirándulásokhoz is kiváló bázis - a Gyimes, a Hargita és Gyergyó is elérhető távolságra vannak (fél-másfél óra). A lakrész berendezése és kialakítása minden elemében minőségi, a kandalló külön élmény. Jó szívvel ajánlom!

O cazare extraordinara, in inima muntilor, intr-un loc extrem de linistit. Locuinta este impecabila din toate punctele de vedere, iar gazdele sunt niste minuni de oameni. Foarte receptivi si comunicativi, ne-am simtit foarte bine alaturi de ei. La cazare gasiti si un caine care este foarte prietenos si o pisicuta care te topeste instant. Un loc care merita vazut, statiunea Harghita-Bai este la distanta de aproximativ 30 de minute de mers cu masina.
