Beachfront vacation rentals in Sibulan

Hôtes super accueillant, nous nous sommes senties tout de suite à l’aise et intégrées dans la famille. Très serviable, aux petit soins, la nourriture était excellente et préparé par eux même. Sans oublier le cadre idyllique où nous avions eu la chance d’être seule. La cabane vue sur la mer est très agréable, pas de clim mais le ventilateur fait très bien l’affaire pour la nuit. Jojo's Villa is absolutely BEAUTIFUL! Waking up to the pool / ocean view is such a majestic experience. Beds are super comfy and house was well stocked. Jojo is very quick to reply to all questions. She coordinated a driver for us, Archie, who also served as our planning coordinator and local guide, recommend! We lucked out on the first night because Jojo and her family and friends were having a BBQ behind the main Bldg and we were welcomed in like family! My main goal for this trip was to show my kids the Filipino culture, and eating BBQ and singing karaoke with Jojo's family is as close as anyone can get to experiencing the culture. AC in the bedrooms worked very well, as did the hot water in the bathrooms. Quite a few resturants within walking distance and I felt safe walking around at all times. There was always someone in the pool area if I had a question. I would be remiss if I didn't give a shout out to the staff-hugs! We really had an amazing trip and can't wait to come back!!

Nice place! It is a small property with 4 domes. Private beach and restaurant. Didn’t try the bar but they offer bar service as well. The team do their best to make your stay comfortable. Unfortunately some day users of the facilities don’t share their dedication and left a lot of garbage on the beach. We had a good time picking it up with the kids who live there and had fun with some glow lights I had leftover from night diving. The team is really great’. They work hard and are very helpful. The beach at high tide has a sandy bottom but on low tide can be a. Bit rocky. But you will definitely enjoy it. Bring bug spray! Star gazing on the beach is a must.

Had an amazing stay here at AivyMaes! The room was very cozy and so close to the beach. It was also close to restaurants, shops and an atm. Had some absolutely spectacular dives with the dive team at Apo Island. Couldn’t recommend the room and the dive team enough. Thank you for an amazing stay. Special thank you to the owner Mark and his family. They were a pleasure to deal with and made me feel right at home during my stay

Absolutely amazing and worth the money! The staff and owners were very helpful and friendly and made you feel welcome. The location is incredibly convenient, as it is a five minute walk away from the whale shark swimming area and directly on the side of the main road, where the busses stop. What I didn’t realize when booking this is that there’s an entire outside area with steps leading down to the ocean with an absolutely incredible view!!! Breakfast was included in the price, and there’s a restaurant to order food from for the rest of the day. Also, you can have your water bottle filled with drinking water. Only point of criticism is the bathrooms: there are shared outdoor bathrooms, and they aren’t very clean and have ants in them. To be honest, this didn’t bother me very much but thought it was worth mentioning!

We recently stayed at this resort and had a wonderful experience. The staff were exceptionally attentive and accommodating. The resort is also incredibly pet-friendly, making it an ideal destination for those traveling with dogs. Our furry companions were welcomed with open arms, which added to the overall enjoyment of our stay. The combination of excellent service and a pet-friendly atmosphere truly made this resort a standout choice. We highly recommend it for both humans and their four-legged friends.

Gloria is an amazing host. The place was exactly as described even better once you get here. Very clean great Ac. The pool was very clean and nice. I really liked her dogs too very friendly. My girlfriend really loved it too. We both would highly recommend this place and actually this is my second time staying here. Thanks again Gloria for helping My stay to be more enjoyable.

We really enjoyed our stay. As others had mentioned, the company of Oslo and Kirby, the two house dogs, was wonderful. We also really enjoyed the outdoor kitchen and sitting area underneath the house as well as the large deck upstairs. There’s lots of good restaurants in Dauin and it’s really helpful to rent a scooter for the ~10 minute ride. For divers, Liquid Dive resort is directly next-door, which is very convenient. We would definitely stay again.

Super endroit propre et calme ou j’ai pu finalement bien dormir. A 7min seulement en moto du centre commercial, des meilleurs restaurants comme Mooon café et Melting-pot. La piscine était très propre. Les oreillers et matelas super confortable comme j’avais vue sur les photos. J’ai bien aimé aussi la pression dans la douche et l’eau chaude. Pas évident de trouver au philippines un endroit comme ça. J’y retournerai sans hésiter.

We stayed in this apartment for 1 night on our way to Siquijor. Minche and her brother met us at the airport which was great. Very comfy bed and extremely clean with everything you need. Also in a great location near to many bars and restaurants. We walked to the port which took 20 minutes. Would recommend!

Malou is very responsible host very informative and excellent communication skills. This is a perfect location spot with 2 excellent tasting restaurants across the street with a mini mart to for essential items & groceries. Download the Grab app to get reasonable tricycle rides. If you prefer a scooter the host can arrange it and easy getting around the area. This is a great province college town with so much to do & see along the seaside boulevard and Quezon Park amongst other areas nearby. Many beaches to choose from in nearby provinces to go snorkeling or sunbathing. Condotel in great location with Seaside view 2 minutes walk & beautiful views of the Sunrise climbing out of Bohol Sea. Kaye’s place at Marina Spatial was very comfortable for our stay in Dumaguete. It had a beautiful view of the ocean, sun rises from both bedrooms. Kaye was quick to respond to any of our questions, and even provided us with recommendations when we needed a driver. The location is close to several restaurants, and an easy trike ride into town. Marina Spatial seems to still be under construction, however, as its frontage to the ocean was a big construction site. But her apartment was lovely and comfortable. The beds were super comfortable!

Staying at Pacific Lounge Cebu was one of the best decisions we made on this trip. The place is a true hidden gem, peaceful, beautifully maintained, and even better than the photos. From the moment we inquired, Maria was incredibly helpful, responsive, and generous with tips and guidance. She made everything seamless, from booking tours and transportation to checking in on us regularly. Sweet and the entire staff were amazing, warm, attentive, and made sure we never needed a thing. Every morning on our way to catch our activities, even on our way to the airport after checkout, they surprised us with packed breakfasts, fruits, drinks, and cold water in an icebox. It was so thoughtful, it felt like childhood again, like being sent off on a school trip. Lucas, our driver, was punctual, respectful, and very kind, a true professional who made every ride stress-free. We left with full hearts and can’t wait to return. Thank you, Maria and team, for a stay that exceeded every expectations.

The place is wonderful all the staffs are friendly and accommodating. Everything is clean and comfy. Great location too!!!! Specially for shore dive. They reply super fast and i love the host, shes really great and i love kuya marvin he really took care of me while i was there and took me to great dive spots and made sure i was safe. I really had a great time here!!!!!!!!

The location of the unit itself is great as there are lots of restaurants/stalls, and even a mall near the area. We were also able to take a walk along the seawall/beachline (if that's your thing). Even if there are a lot of activities that can be done around, it still is quiet and peaceful inside the unit. They had complete amenities inside the unit, as listed. Marcus and Ems are very responsive to our queries and resquests. They gave clear instructions from the check-in up to the checkout process. Will definitely book again the next time I'll be in Dumaguete.

Skye personally welcomed us. She provided all important information about the place even before we had arrived in Dumaguete. It’s nearby the airport, just take the tricycle to get there. Easy. The place is walkable with nearby restaurants. Or take the tricycle to City Mall for your groceries. The place is clean. The kitchen has everything you need. TV’s with Netflix in every room. There is Food Panda or Grab Food for delivery if you want to stay in. It pretty much has everything you need during your stay. One thing I would suggest is to bring your own towels because those provided at the house are the fleece ones that are not absorbable at all.

It’s perfect for my big family. Everyone was comfortable. We enjoyed the clean pool. Care takers are very helpful.

This place feels like a home away from home! This condo comes equipped with everything you need. The two bedrooms are cozy, and the views from the windows are a wonderful bonus! The kitchen has all the essential amenities. The shower includes a heater, and the bathroom is of a good size. Restaurants and cafes are conveniently located just across the street. I would rate this Airbnb a 10 out of 10!

we loved staying here at Clide's place. the rooms were quite clean and spacious. the pool is overlooking the ocean, and the restaurant served delicious food and drinks. the staff were very attentive to our needs, even after we asked to check out really early at 4am! i highly recommend Clide's place, will definitely stay here in again

Had a fantastic stay at Tyrone’s place. The kids loved it. The place was clean, cozy and well stocked with everything we needed. The location was perfect close to restaurants and public transpo. Highly recommended!!! 💯

Sir Miguel's place is in a convenient location. There are a lot of restaurants nearby and has a good view of Dumaguete's bay area. He is also responsive to queries and is easy to communicate with. Overall, our stay has been comfortable.
