From the moment I arrived, Veera went above and beyond to ensure I had a comfortable and memorable experience. The house helps Rebecca and Craw were very helpful in providing timely breakfast and all other necessary helps! What truly set this Airbnb apart was the Veera's willingness to help in all possible aspects. Whether it was arranging transportation, offering tips on local culture, suggestions on what restaurants to go or simply being available for a friendly chat, she was always there to assist. Her genuine warmth and helpfulness made me feel truly at home.

We recently stayed at The Hesed House in Cherrapunjee, and it was a delightful experience. The cottage is beautifully done up, offering a cozy and warm ambiance, perfect for a getaway. With four well-appointed bedrooms, it comfortably accommodated our group of 6. One of the standout features was the lovely library, perfect for unwinding with a book after a day of exploring, it would be a great idea to include some board games and jigsaw puzzles for the benefit of ones who’d want to unwind otherwise. The kitchenette along with a nice big dining table was well-equipped, giving us the option to enjoy some light meals in the comfort of the cottage. The fireplace added an extra touch of warmth, making the evenings feel particularly special with superbly made cocktails. We also had the pleasure of trying the local khasi food, which was flavourful and authentic. Tracy, the attendant, was always courteous and greeted us with a warm smile, ensuring that we felt right at home. Thank you.

The stay was good and looking as in the pictures. It's close to the market area. We just got a single room as mentioned and it was decent for a nuclear family. We had requested an extra bed and were offered immediately (no extra cost) The staff were helpful, immediately available for help when asked.. such as extra bed, Tea and snacks. The simple complimentary breakfast was good. They didn't have much varieties.. but considering the place and space, the food was really good. No complaints. The host was reachable in chat and the guys in the reception area were available for any queries. They also offered a room, tea, snacks and food for our driver/guide. Overall we had a good time in this stay.

staying at his place proved to be a one of the nicest experience for me .. house , garden was too beautiful.. located at main market just a 5 min walk . everything was too perfect.. if you want comfortable private stay away from hustle and noise but at the same time in main market road .. i would highly recommend this place.. his suggestion about local places,off beat falls in Meghalaya trip made our trip a memorable one .. highly recommend spcly if are coming with your family or closed one ..
