I intend to visit again next time. If you use the bolt a little far away, you can stay without any problems ~ Convenience stores, massage shops, and other amenities are close by. The manager is always on standby, so you can stay without any inconvenience. Above all, it's better because there are no ants or cockroaches. I think it would be perfect if I just had a Bluetooth speaker ~ Still, I was so satisfied that I really intend to visit again.

The actual environment of the room is cleaner and more comfortable than the photos, and the pool is relatively clean, and the room is very refreshing.The host was also quick to respond and was very enthusiastic about issues.If you are inadequate, you need to take a taxi from the commercial center, but there are convenience stores at the door of the room.It's a local area, and if you come to the water festival next time, also book this one.Play with locals, don't go to the pedestrian streets

We loved our stay at Jiranan’s place. The space was large, clean, and comfortable. The kitchen was well-equipped, and the beds were very comfortable. The host was responsive and helpful. Everything matched the description. There are many highly-rated restaurants nearby, offering both local and European cuisine. The beach is easily accessible, and the property has a large, well-maintained pool with a cozy café. The security staff is very friendly and even accepted deliveries for us. The Internet was perfect for work and playing games. A couple of things to keep in mind: at night, music from the bar street can be heard until around 2 AM, which might be an issue for light sleepers. Also, the condominium building management considers the tourist season to be from November 15 to February 15, so outside of these dates, there may be room decoration work in neighboring units from 9:00 to 17:00.

I absolutely loved this room and the host! The room was huge, located in a very quiet part of Pattaya, but very close to everything that I wanted. The host was on site and handled everything quickly and made my stay absolutely wonderful! I highly highly recommend!

The host is friendly, the accommodation provided is also excellent, the property is located in a quiet and uninterrupted community, about 10 minutes from the sea and the city by car.I love the small balcony, and you can see the mountains and the sea in the fresh air!Didn't use the pool this time and it looked like it had a water slide and would like to stay again next time.

Rented out for a large party. This place had everything we needed to stay entertained and happy for a week. The location is great for getting a Grab anywhere in Pattaya, and there are a few good restaurants and shops within walking distance as well.

2nd time here. Great location, great pool, clean and spacious. Very easy check-in/check-out.

Perfect, Perfect Perfect Perfect hostess - Preetinun answered all my concerns in a timely manner always with good results. Perfect unit - well equipped with all the cooking utensils, linen and bedding needed. While in a very busy and noisy section of town, the inside facing unit location eliminated all the surrounding noise. Overlooking the pool made for a very serene setting. Perfect location - close to lots of restaurants, bars, transportation and a short walk to the beach. I am happy I will be going back there again next year to enjoy this condo once again. Feels right at home the moment we stepped into her apartment! Everything in the home fits exactly from the photo in the listing. Host is exceptionally responsive and friendly. Water pressure in both bathrooms are great! all rooms have awesome view of the beach and surroundings. Highly recommended!
