Было очень хорошо спасибо хозяину за гостеприимство. Вид с балкона шикарный. Комлекс чистый и ухоженный. Бассейн и пляж рядом. Магазины и базары в 5-10 мин ходьбы. Рекомендую для проживания 👍

ห้องหัวมุม ขนาดใหญ่ เห็นวิวทะเลมุมสูงชัดเจน ตกแต่งสวย มีคลาส ห้องสะอาดและกลิ่นหอมมาก อุปกรณ์ต่างๆครบถ้วน ( เกินคาด ) และคุณภาพดี ถ้าห้องว่าง รีบจองเลยจะไม่ผิดหวังแน่นอนค่ะ

The condo is as destcribed, well equipped and a wide good bed. All clean and in good condition. No noise from the neigbours. One could stay there even for months. Communication was fine with the owner.

Huge tower on the south part of Pattaya. Easy access but you will need transportation to get to beaches and central part. Beautiful view from the 45th floor

Best place to stay in my personal opinion. Right next to my favorite restaurants. Few blocks from the mall . Right next to the beach. I get like I was actually able to relax, and get some rest stress free. Beautiful place just like the photos. I will book here every time in Pattaya.

Vastaus tuli aina nopeasti ja samoin palvelu - pienet puutteet, kuten rikkoutunut suihkuvarsi, korjattiin nopeasti. Olemme majoittuneet Edgessä aiemmin toisella majoittajalla ja tämä majoittaja oli yhtä hyvä kuin aiempi.

Great place in great location. The palm is a lovely property on Wongamat beach (North of Pattaya) with direct access to the beach and great pool and amenities. This condo has a nice view and all the amenities needed. Definitely recommend it to others. There are a couple of restaurants down the road for breakfast and lunch, and there are a couple of family marts (convenience stores) just across the road. If you want to get into the city center, you will need a taxi or car - download the Grab app or get a taxi outside about 300m from the condo. The taxis don't run on meters in Pattaya, so getting a Grab is sometimes more convenient and cheaper.

Jarvis is a great host. The actual room was immaculate. It had plenty of utensils, plates cutlery etc. More than most places provide! He responded very quickly towards any questions I had. One thing to note is the walls can be thin, so there isn't great soundproofing. I was hearing noises from neighbors but it was NOTHING to do with Jarvis' rental. I understand he has no control over who stays in the rooms nearby! Other than that, couldn't recommend this price any higher 🙏🏽

View yes was definitely amazing. unfortunately thats were it ended for the price you can get 5 star accommodation yes not that view. The beds hard as usual in accommodation in most of Thailand why I don't know. Unit lacked ambiance with its dated furniture and wasted space some doors squeaked some handls missing some piece coming of bathroom door to belcony not much utensils no cutting knife belcony floors dirty belcony glass never been cleaned lacked comfortable out door furniture with cushions more information on rubbish removing use of TV also bathroom bin had used condoms in it. unfortunately I wouldn't stay again or recommend this place to my friends and family..

Really, Great place. Great Host. Amazed with their top notch checkin and checkout Experience. One of the Best pools in the city. What we looked on the photo was actually there.

Apartment has all required things and setup. Host is quite helpful and responsive. Beach,walking street, budhha hill all are in walking distace which made my holidays quite nice.

Nice condo, lots of restaurants in walking distance, 15 minute taxi from main part of Pattaya if you want to go but It was nice to be away from busy centre, pool facilities were lovely, steps down onto the beach, great for a romantic get away

Was visiting a friend on the same location site John had refurbished and it was high end value items ( bed, wall had noise reduction sound) Everything you need is within walking distance Super quiet

Mo is the perfect host. I stay in a couple of Johns properties and they are always my first choice

Die Unterkunft war perfekt ausgestattet – modern, sauber und sehr durchdacht eingerichtet. Man merkt sofort, dass hier mit Liebe zum Detail gearbeitet wurde. Die Lage ist hervorragend: zentral, aber trotzdem ruhig. Viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und der Strand sind schnell erreichbar. Auch für Ausflüge und Unternehmungen ist es ein idealer Ausgangspunkt. Ying war eine großartige Gastgeberin – freundlich, hilfsbereit und stets erreichbar.
