House vacation rentals in Shumen Province

Houses and pool are nice and clean. Would stay there again.

We had a wonderful and lazy time here.We are an elderly couple, aged 60. We came for nature, silence and privecy and this is exactly what we have found. Everything is as discribed, maybe even better looking as you get here. As we knew before what to expect (carefully reading the description ), we took everything we needed with us : very few things to wear (there are no wardrobes ; maybe no one in the house ever felt this need ) and food for the whole stay. There are two shops with basic food products (some vegetables, groceries, beer, icecream,…) and small hotels with restaurants, but we felt good just being alone. The view from the garden is wonderful, the pool is very refreshing on hot summer days. Very quiet neighbors and nice and helpful hosts. We felt like visiting some friends who lended us their home for one week, everything we needed was left for us to feel good. As allways, we tried to leave everything as we found it. Since there are enough beds in 3 rooms of the house, each room having its own bath, I assume that the place is also suitable for larger families or/and friends. Parking the car was a bit challanging. You can choose to leave your car on the street in front the gate or you can drive in reverse on a narrow path (2,4 m) and 40 m long , on one side of the house. I would say this is simply amazing place which we want to visit again and again :) It's quiet, has amazing view on the sunset, probably the best one I've ever had from my house! Very stylish and has everything you might ever need. There's a nice lake in half an hour of walking, small grocery store within village. Also I'm very thankful to hosts which were always there and helpful with any situation that might possibly happen. One more star goes to amazing black cat which was coming to the location every evening making it even better than perfect :)

The villa is pretty good, in the centre of the village and there is a big-ish convenience store just 50m away. Everything was clean and tidy, with spacious enough bedrooms. The beds aren't very comfortable, but they are good enough. There's also a train track right next to the villa, but the noise isn't too bad if you close all the windows (PVC), and there is air-conditioning in the rooms. There are some parking spaces in front of the villa, but very low cars will have a bit of trouble reaching them as you have to clear a hump to get them. That being said, I'm sure there's enough parking on the streets around the place.

If you are looking for a quiet, beautiful place with lots of comfort then this is the right place for you. The house is so well equipped and felt like home from the first moment on. Jean was such a nice host and replied very quickly and did everything to make our stay pleasant. Would recommend it!

Very good accommodation. No kitchen but it was advertised. A microwave and cups for breakfast. Just missing teaspoons and knives. Very welcoming host. It was noted in the listing that car rental was possible. Actually no, but he helped us find a car rental so great. Really good. Thanks again.

If you are looking for a quiet, beautiful place with lots of comfort then this is the right place for you. The house is so well equipped and felt like home from the first moment on. Jean was such a nice host and replied very quickly and did everything to make our stay pleasant. Would recommend it!

We stayed as a family of five with children. The house was very tidy and clean. The rooms and beds were spacious and comfortable. Each room had a TV and air conditioning. The kitchen had everything. There is also a seating area in the garden and an authentic spacious barbecue section that is very nicely arranged. There is a supermarket within walking distance. There is car parking in front of the house. Close to the center, in a quiet area. The host was very nice and helpful with everything. We had a nice stay. Would recommend.
