This is a spacious, stylish, clean, newly renovated, private one bedroom unit in the lower level of a quiet, home. The home is surrounded by mature trees in a very quiet neighborhood. You will NOT share any space with the rest of the home. Guest only occupied home. The upper level is occupied by travel healthcare workers who work most of the time so it tends to be very quiet. Parking in the driveway, own washer/dryer, bathroom etc.

As a student traveling to Worcester, this was a great place to stay. A clean and comfortable room. There was a nice overhead fan to keep the room cool. Shared bathroom was clean as well.

Overall, the house is pretty nice. It’s cleaned almost every day, so everything is spotless, including the large bathroom. The room is quite spacious and has a good garden view. The bed is very comfortable and soft, perfect if you enjoy a soft sleeping surface. The host is great with communication, always responding quickly. I would highly recommend this house for a stay of a couple of days, a week, or even longer. However, there is one issue I would like to share. There was an older gentleman who constantly stayed in the kitchen, listening to loud music and holding song concerts or festivals, which was quite noisy. The noise from the kitchen was almost constant.I suggest the host provide a kettle and a coffee machine in the kitchen so guest can make morning cofee or tea, without these amenities I personally would not stay there long time again. It cost really small money but make a difference. Apart from that great house.

One of the best Airbnb stays I’ve had! The place was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as listed. The neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe, which made for a relaxing stay. All the necessities—groceries, restaurants, gas, etc.—were close by and easy to get to. The host really made the experience exceptional. Super nice guy, very helpful, and genuinely cared that I had everything I needed. Communication was fast and friendly from start to finish. His hospitality truly stood out and made the whole trip smoother and more enjoyable. Highly recommended — I’d absolutely stay here again!
