Down the road from Federation Park, come check out Exmouth’s Sunday markets between April-September. Unfortunately no pets allowed. No parties allowed. As the unit is apart of a smaller community, please keep noise levels down between 9pm-6am

This newly renovated three bedroom house sits on a quiet street only minutes walk to the town centre with its bars, restaurants, cafes, breweries, shops, skate park and town pool. Perfect for a family holiday. The outdoor entertaining area has a 8m heated swimming pool, a kitchen, dining, pool chairs, sun lounge, and TV lounge. The pool is solar heated. The temperature is between 26 and 30°C.

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb . The house is beautiful, new, and immaculately clean, which made the experience really comfortable. It was also equipped with everything we needed, which made it feel like a home away from home. The flexible check-in and check-out process was a huge plus and added to the ease of our stay. We also loved the nice garden and the overall peaceful atmosphere of the property. Would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Exmouth!

Glenn’s place was just right for me. Compact, clean, with cooking facilities, fridge, washing machine, bath, separate toilet, and pleasant outdoor space, and within walking distance of shops, cafes, bakery, and the Ningaloo Centre. Glenn was a very good host, going out of his way to advise and assist me, meeting me on arrival, picking me up from the shops and delivering me to the bus stop for departure from Exmouth.

Great location . Appreciated the aircon was running on our arrival as it was pretty hot outside . Freezer and fridge also turned on . Very happy Thanks Tim

Honestly one of the best air bnb we have ever booked. Communication with Paul, amazing. House, awesome. Beds super comfy and great linen! Can’t wait to rebook for next year. Highly recommend.

A clean, modern, and quiet home—perfect for a relaxing stay. Just a 5-minute drive to local shops, making it very convenient. The outdoor spa on the verandah is a great touch and a lovely place to unwind.
