The building was built in 1979 with a design by an architect.The wooden ceiling, the atrium corridor, the skylights that let in bright light, and other features make it a unique space that doesn't feel like a building from half a century ago.We have incorporated modern interiors into the space to create a calm atmosphere for families and groups. The first floor has a bright living room facing the garden and a Japanese-style room, and there are plenty of toys and picture books for children to play with.There are 3 bedrooms on the 2nd floor, so it is comfortable for multiple families and group trips.In addition, there is a room that can be used as a workspace, so it is also recommended for remote work and long-term stays. It is about 6 minutes by car from the city around the station, and access is also good.There is also parking for 3 cars, and it is an ideal base for sightseeing spots and event facilities, as well as for a special stay with friends and family.

Close to Tobu Shim-Imaichi Station, you might even hear the steam whistle of the Taiki if you're lucky in the evening. 8-tatami Japanese-style room (bamboo room), 6-tatami Japanese-style room (temple style), 8-tatami living room (retro style) IH kitchen, microwave, toaster, rice cooker, fridge, washing machine, gas dryer, etc. are fully equipped, so you can use this place as a base for sightseeing in Nikko, Kinugawa, Ashio, and Kuriyama. There is also a parking lot, making it ideal for touring with fellow bikers. Breakfast is a free loaf of freshly baked bread (home bakery). Mountain Biking, Calligraphy, Games, BBQ (The usage fee for charcoal is 2,000 yen per use. Dishes are available for rent, so please prepare your ingredients at a nearby supermarket.) Advance reservation is required. In the evening, I also run a tavern next door, so you can enjoy delicious food and drinks.

Rest peacefully in the tatami mat room on Japanese futons lined with pillows. Parking is also available for up to 2 station wagon sized vehicles.
